**ARRESTS**
Felony Child Neglect | Abduction – On March 15 at 4:37PM, detectives from the Physical Abuse Unit responded to a residence located in the 15000 block of Wood St in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a child neglect call. The investigation revealed that the accused, identified as a family member, secured the victim, a 17 year old male juvenile of Woodbridge, to his bed with a chain and a rope. The bedroom windows were also boarded up and the bedroom door had a deadbolt lock which prevented the victim from exiting the room. A third party initially alerted Child Protective Services to the conditions of the home and police were contacted. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. The victim was released to the custody of family members.

**INCIDENTS**
Residential Burglary – On March 15 at 5:10PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4100 block of Hoffman Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 2:20PM and 4:25PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made into the home through an unsecured window. Two safes containing jewelry, prescription medication, and money were reported missing.
