Malicious Wounding *ARREST –
On November 2, the suspect sought in connection to the domestic that was reported to have occurred at the Woodbridge Station Apartments located in the 1400 block of Ranger Lp. in Woodbridge (22191) on October 27, was arrested. The accused, Terita CAREY, was taken into custody without incident.
Arrested on November 2:
Terita CAREY, 38, of 213 Pepper Mill Dr. in Woodbridge
Charged with malicious wounding

Malicious Wounding [Previously Released] – On October 27 at 10:39PM, officers responded to the Woodbridge Station Apartments located in the 1400 block of Ranger Lp. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed the victim, a 52-year-old woman and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a knife and stabbed the victim. The two parties separated, and the victim left the residence. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Terita CAREY. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

INCIDENT REPORT
• Shooting Investigation – On November 2, 2022
at 1:25PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to Quantico Mobile Home Park located in the 17900 block of Old Triangle Rd. in Triangle (22172) to investigate a shooting. Upon arriving in the area, officers located the victim, a 17-year-old male juvenile suffering from a single gunshot wound. Rescue personnel responded and the victim was flown to an area hospital where his injuries were determined to be non-life threatening.
The initial investigation revealed the victim and an acquaintance, a 16-year-old male juvenile, were walking in the above area, when a black sedan with tinted windows slowed down and the occupants made verbal contact with the juveniles. The juveniles then walked out of the roadway while the sedan turned around and began driving back towards them. When the sedan neared the juveniles, the driver pulled up before an occupant exited the vehicle and fired multiple rounds, striking the victim.
The shooting suspect then got back into the vehicle and fled the area. While checking the area, officers located two mobile homes that were struck. No additional injuries or property damage were reported. Officers determined the vehicle was occupied by multiple black males, possibly teenagers and wearing all black clothing. At this time the incident does not appear to be random.

• Shooting into a Residential Dwelling – On November 3, 2022 at 1:05AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 4000 block of Jasper Lp. in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed three unknown individuals approached a residence on foot. While in front of one of the residences, all three suspects produced a firearm and fired several rounds, striking three separate homes. The suspects initially fled the area on foot before getting into a white four-door sedan and fleeing the area. No injuries or additional property damage were reported. While checking the area, officers located several shell casings in the roadway.

ARRESTS
• Abduction | Domestic Related –
On November 2 at 11:45PM, officers responded to the Stratford Condominiums located in the 8100 block of Bayonet Way in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed the victim, a 29-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused pushed and struck the victim. When the victim attempted to leave, the accused physically prevented her from leaving the apartment while demanding money. At that time, the victim attempted to contact emergency services before the accused took her phone. The victim was eventually able to get the phone back and left the apartment where she contacted the police. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Gustavo Adrian ROLAN DA COSTA, was arrested.

Charged with abduction with intent to extort money, domestic assault & battery, and preventing the summoning of law enforcement
