PWC Police Department’s crime report for March 28, 2024: Status of two robberies

INCIDENTS
• Armed Robbery – On Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 11:49AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to RIA Money Transfers located at 13526 Richmond Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery.
The investigation revealed a man brandished a handgun inside the business and demanded money from employees. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing in a silver or light-colored Ford Explorer. No injuries were reported.
Suspect Description:
Black male, unknown age, 6’1” with a thin build and short black hair
Last seen wearing dark-colored jeans, jacket, and shirt with a blue vest and light-colored shoes

ARRESTS
• Armed Robbery – On March 27, 2024 Prince William County Police officers concluded an investigation into a robbery that was reported to have occurred at the Smoke & Vape store located at 13625 Dumfries Rd in Manassas (20112) on March 19 at approximately 1:00PM.
The investigation revealed a man, later identified as the accused, produced a knife inside the store and demanded money from the employees. The accused took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported.
On March 22, following the investigation, officers identified and obtained an arrest warrant for the accused, identified as Gilberto
Alexan ALFARO GUEVARA, who was served on March 27.
