• Shooting | Child Neglect Investigation *ARREST – On November 15, 2022 the suspect sought in connection to the shooting investigation that occurred at a residence located in the 7600 block of Monitor Ct. in Manassas (202109) on October 26, 2022 was arrested. The suspect, Christalle Phillips MOAT, turned herself in to police without incident.

Shooting | Child Neglect Investigation [Previously Released] – On October 26, 2022 at 11:33PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7600 block of Monitor Ct. in Manassas (202109) to investigate a shooting with injury. Officers were initially notified by Child Protective Services (CPS) that a mother, later identified as the accused, brought her 2-year-old son to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening gunshot wound. The initial investigation revealed earlier that day a shot was fired inside the residence which struck the victim. No additional injuries or property damage were reported. While investigating the incident, detectives determined the shooting occurred sometime between 2:00PM and 3:00PM.
The investigation revealed the victim was left unattended and located an unsecured firearm. While handling the firearm, the victim fired a round, striking himself in the hand. Additional family members and the accused transported the victim to an area hospital where CPS was eventually contacted. On November 8, following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Christalle PHILLIPS MOAT. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
•Sexual Assault *ARREST – On November 14, 2022 the suspect sought in connection to the assault that was reported to have occurred at the Sunoco located at 7203 Sudley Rd. in Manassas (20109) on October 25, 2022 was arrested. The suspect, Davondre Marcel LAMBERT, was located and taken into custody by Manassas City Police.

• Sexual Assault [Previously Released] – On October 25 at 12:20PM, officers responded to the Sunoco located at 7203 Sudley Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed earlier that morning, an employee, a 43-year-old woman, was stocking shelves when she was approached from behind by an unknown man, later identified as the accused. During the encounter, the accused stood behind the victim and made inappropriate gestures. When another employee began taking photos of the accused, he fled the store. No injuries were reported. On November 3, officers identified and obtained arrest warrants for the accused, Davondre Marcel LAMBERT. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
INCIDENTS
• Attempted Residential Burglary – On Tuesday, Nov.15, 2022 at 10:04AM, Prince William County Policeo fficers responded to the Summerland Heights Apartments located in the 1000 block of Gardenview Lp. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an attempted burglary. The investigation revealed the attempted burglary occurred sometime between 6:00PM on November 14 and 9:30AM on November 15. Entry into the apartment was attempted through the front
door which was found damaged. No entry was made into the apartment and no property was reported missing.
ARRESTS
• Residential Burglary – On Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022 at 4:20AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 15100 block of Holleyside Dr. in Dumfries (22193) to investigate a burglary-in-progress. Prior to officers arriving at the residence, occupants had detained the unknown male intruder. Officers arrived and took the man, later identified as the accused, into custody without incident.
The investigation revealed the accused entered the residence through an unsecured door. While inside the home, a resident awakened to find the accused inside their room. The resident screamed, alerting other residents of the home. The other residents went into the room where they confronted the accused and detained him until police arrived at the home.
While investigating the incident, officers determined the accused was intoxicated. No injuries were reported, and no property was reported missing. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Roberto Carlos GUDIEL, was arrested
