Residential Burglary *ARREST – On December 17th, detectives from the Property Crimes Unit were able to identify the suspect involved in the burglary which was reported to have occurred in the 4700 block of Korvett Dr in Woodbridge from December 16th. The suspect was identified as the accused and was arrested without incident.
Arrested on December 17th:
Donquiz Markies HOSKINS, 20, of 4706 Korvett Dr in Woodbridge
Charged with burglary, grand larceny and possession of marijuana
Court date set for January 16, 2013, held WITHOUT bond

Residential Burglary (Previously Released) – On December 16th at 8:45PM, police responded to the 4700 block of Korvett Dr in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 4:00PM and 8:00PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a glass door which had been broken out. A handgun and shoes, valued around $650, and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were reported missing.

**INCIDENTS**

Sexual Assault – On December 17th at 3:05PM, police and detectives from the Special Victims Bureau responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in the 4400 block of Echo Ct in Woodbridge (22193). The victim, a 15 year old female of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was inside her residence when she heard someone knocking at her front door. Upon answering, the victim encountered an unknown man who claimed to work for a cable company. The man asked to speak with a person that did not reside at the residence. After informing the man that no such person lived at the residence, he reportedly left.  A short time later the same man returned, this time threatening the victim if she did not let him inside the residence. Once inside the home, the man displayed what appeared to be a knife and forced the victim to a bedroom where he sexually assaulted her. At one point, the victim began to scream and kick towards the man who then fled the residence. Following the encounter, the victim contacted police. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

Residential Burglary – On December 17th at 6:29PM, police responded to the 12800 block of Valleywood Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Homeowner reported that the burglary occurred between 2:20PM and 6:00PM. Entry appeared to have been made through an unsecured rear sliding glass door which had been broken out.  Two guns and jewelry, valued around $2,000, were reported as missing. 

Residential Burglary – On December 16th at 1:12AM, police responded to the 18100 block of Tebbs Ln in Dumfries (22026) for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police that he was inside his residence when he heard the doorbell ring. The homeowner did not go towards the door. Several minutes later, the homeowner heard someone enter the residence through an unsecured rear door. The homeowner hid inside the residence and contacted police. While police were responding, the intruder left the residence. The homeowner never saw the person(s) who entered his home. No injuries were reported and no property was reported missing.
