INCIDENT REPORTS
Armed Robbery
On Aug. 2 at 3:15 a.m., police responded to investigate an alleged robbery, which was reported to have occurred in the parking lot of the Quality Inn at 10653 Balls Ford Road in Manassas. The female victim, 19 of Leesburg, reported to police she was walking through the parking lot when she was approached by an unknown man who displayed a handgun and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency from the victim before fleeing in a black or dark-colored SUV. No injuries were reported. Lookout: Black male, between 27 and 35, 5’10”, heavy build, brown eyes, black hair. Last seen wearing a black shirt and dark-colored pants.
