**ARRESTS**

Commercial Burglary – On June 30th at 5:29PM police received a call for a suspicious person in the area of the Burglary that occurred at 10366 Portsmouth Road in Manassas (20109) earlier in the day.  After the police investigation Mr. Brown was arrested for possession of stolen property.
Arrested:
Brown, William Edward 44 of no fixed address
Charged with Possession of Stolen Property
Court date set for August 6th, held on a $5,000 secured bond

Previously Released:
Commercial Burglary – On June 30th at 8:59AM, police responded to the Grill Kabob Express located at 10366 Portsmouth Road for a burglary.  A citizen called police because the front glass door to the business had been broken.  The owner told police that burglary occurred sometime between 11:00PM on June 29th.  A cash register and US Currency with a value of around $310 was reported missing.  At 10:56AM police received a call for suspicious people with a cash register near the business.  Through their investigation police arrested Mr. Percy for possession of stolen property.
Arrested:
Hower, Edwin Percy, 50, of no fixed address. 
Charged with Possession of Stolen Property
Court date set for August 13th, held on a $5,000 secured bond. 

Narcotics Investigation – On June 29th at 7:25PM, police responded to the 14200 block of Birchdale Avenue in Woodbridge (22193) for a narcotics complaint.  During the course of the investigation officers located evidence of manufacturing and possession of narcotics.
Arrested:
Rastatter II, James John, 22, of 14210 Birchdale Avenue, Woodbridge
Charged with Manufacturing Marijuana and Possession of Schedule I/II Narcotic
Court date set for July 31st, held on a $3,000 secured bond.
