INCIDENT REPORTS
Armed Robbery
On June 28 at 8:42 p.m., police responded to investigate an alleged armed robbery, which was reported to have occurred in the Coverstone area of Manassas. The male victims, 19 and 21 – both of Manassas, reported to police they were in the area above when they were approached by two unknown men. One of the men displayed a handgun and relieved the older victim of his cell phone and wallet then assaulted him. The younger victim was also relieved of an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency but was not harmed. Both suspects fled prior to police arrival. Minor injuries were reported. The victims could not provide police with a description of the assailants.

ARRESTS
Brandishing
On June 26 at 3:15 a.m., police responded to the 14000 block of Worth Ave. in Woodbridge for a fight. The male victim, 19 of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and several other people were on a ‘party bus’ in the area above when a fight broke out. During the encounter, the accused allegedly ran to his vehicle, which was parked in the area above, and retrieved a handgun. The accused displayed the handgun towards the victim and several other people before getting back into his vehicle and leaving the area. Police stopped the vehicle a short distance away where the accused was taken into custody without further incident. Arrested: Fernando Gonzalez, 22, of 8782 Village Green Ct. in Alexandria. Charged with brandishing and carrying a concealed weapon. Court date unavailable, held on a $10,000 secured bond.

Attempted
Burglary to a School
On June 29 at 11 a.m., police responded to Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School at 13224 Nickleson Dr. in Dale City for a vandalism. Staff reported to police that around 10:02 p.m., four juveniles, all between the ages of 12 and 16, were seen on the school property by surveillance cameras. One of the juveniles, a black female, was seen picking up a rock and throwing it towards a window on a door to the school. No entry was gained into the school and damage was estimated around $250. The other three juveniles could only be described as two black males and one white male.  Anyone with information relating to this case is urged to call Crime Solvers at 703-670-3700 or 1-866-411-TIPS. OTHER INCIDENT REPORTS
Burglary
On June 29 at 4:32 p.m., police responded to the 8000 block of Portwood Turn in Manassas for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Entry appeared to have been made through a back door, which had been pried opened. Electronics and other items valued around $1,000 were reported missing. 
Burglary
On June 28 at 7:11 p.m., police responded to the 12800 block of Island House Loop in Woodbridge for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 6 p.m. June 23 and 7:20 p.m. on June 28. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Electronics and jewelry valued around $2,100 were reported missing.
