**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On June 25th at 11:26PM, police responded to the 2500 block of Paxton St in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:40PM and 8:20PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. No property of value was reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Aggravated Sexual Battery – On June 25th, detectives from the Special Victims Bureau conducted an investigation into a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in the 13700 block of Moccasin Ct in Woodbridge (22193) between November of 2012 and June of 2013. The investigation revealed that two victims, a 4 year old girl and a 3 year old girl – both of Woodbridge, were sexually assaulted by the accused while at the home of the accused in the above area. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Jose Luis RODRIGUEZ-HERNANDEZ, 31, of 13736 Moccasin Ct in Woodbridge
Charged with 3 counts of aggravated sexual battery and 3 counts of taking indecent liberties by a custodian

Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On June 25th at 10:41PM, police responded to the 2100 block of Cherry Hill Rd in Dumfries (22026) for a shots fired call. Caller reported to police that they were having a party at a residence in the above area when the accused, a neighbor, approached and became agitated. During the encounter, the accused returned to his residence and fired a couple of rounds from a shotgun into the air. Police located the accused at this residence and determined he was under the influence of alcohol. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident. No injuries or property damage were reported.

Ralph Edward GEORGE, 38, of 2151 Cherry Hill Rd in Dumfries
Charged with reckless handling of a firearm and intoxication in public
