ARRESTS
Malicious Wounding/Hit & Run/Destruction of County Property – On Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 5:12 p.m., police responded to the area of Locust Shade Park in Triangle (22172) for a crash. The investigation revealed the victim, a 37-year-old man of Fredericksburg and the accused, a known acquaintance, had a verbal altercation which escalated. During the altercation, another victim, a 34-year-old man of Stafford, a known acquaintance of the above mentioned victim, was allegedly hit by the accused with a stick when he attempted to step in between the altercation. After being hit, both victims attempted to leave the above area in their vehicle. The accused allegedly struck the victim’s vehicle several times with her vehicle. Damage was caused to both vehicles and the wooden guard rails at the park. The accused fled the scene on foot prior to police arrival. The accused was later located at her residence and arrested without incident. Minor injuries were reported. The incident was domestic related. Arrested: Crisdel Valeriano BELL, 34, of 9 Ebony Ct in Fredericksburg. Charged with two counts of malicious wounding, hit & run and destruction of property. Court date unavailable, Held WITHOUT bond.
Malicious Wounding – On Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 4:25 p.m., police responded to the 11800 block of Clarks Mountain Rd in Manassas (20109) for a Malicious Wounding. The victim, a 41-year-old man of Bristow, reported he and the accused, a known acquaintance, had a verbal altercation which escalated. During the altercation, the accused allegedly cut the victim in the arm with a carrot peeler. The accused was on scene when police arrived and arrested without incident. Minor injuries were reported. The incident appears to be domestic related. Arrested: Sharon Thithi VO, 44, of 11833 Clarks Mountain in Manassas. Charged with malicious wounding. Court date unavailable, Held WITHOUT bond.
