Robbery / Assault by Mob
On June 18 at 10:05 p.m., police responded to the 14100 block of Mathews Dr in Woodbridge for a robbery. The male victim, 31 of Woodbridge, reported to police he was delivering pizzas in the area above when he was approached by a group of about five unknown men shortly after getting out of his vehicle. The men assaulted the victim before taking the pizzas and fleeing the area. The victim was flown to an area hospital with severe injuries. The victim was unable to provide police with a description of the assailants other than confirming they were black males between 17 and 20.
Assault by Mob
On June 18 at 10 p.m., police responded to the 14400 block of Jefferson Davis Hey in Woodbridge for an assault. The male victims, 47 and 35, reported to police they were walking in the area above when they were approached by a group of about five unknown men. Both victims were assaulted by the group before they were able to get away and contact police. Minor injuries were reported. The victims were unable to provide police with a description of the assailants other than confirming they were black males between 16 and 18 and around 6-feet tall.
CRIME SOLVERS CASE
Brandishing / Hate Crime
On June 17 at 3:01 p.m., police responded to Polo Cleaners at 7629 Linton Hall Road in Gainesville for a brandishing. The male and female victims, 32 and 60 respectively, were standing near the front of the store with a 4-year-old girl, when a red SUV drove by, which was occupied by four or five unknown individuals. As the vehicle drove by the store, the driver yelled racial slurs out of the window, while an occupant in the rear compartment displayed a handgun towards them. No shots were fired. The victims were unable to provide police with a description of the occupants other than the driver; however, the victims could confirm that the other occupants were white males. No injuries were reported. Lookout: The driver was described as a white male, between 17 and 25, short blond hair. Vehicle lookout: 90’s model red Jeep Grand Cherokee with a gray lower half and a large paint chip on the hood. ARRESTS
Aggravated Sexual Battery
On June 17, police began an investigation into an assault reported to have occurred in the 9900 block of King George Dr in Manassas. The girl victim, 7, reported to family members that the accused, a known acquaintance, had been abusing her for about a year. The family immediately contacted police and the accused was charged. Arrested: A 13-year-old boy of Manassas. Charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery and two counts of indecent liberties by a child. Court date and bond information unavailable.
Assault on Law Enforcement Office:
On June 17 at 4:29 p.m., police responded to the 14800 block of Cloverdale Road in Woodbridge to help animal control with an investigation. Animal control officers were attempting to take custody of a dog belonging to the accused when the accused became disorderly and refused to turn over possession of the animal. As police attempted to take the accused into custody for disorderly conduct, she resisted and during the struggle, an officer was burned by a lit cigarette after striking the officer in the face. The accused was subdued and transported without further incident. The officer sustained minor injuries. Arrested: Porsche Yvette Bealle, 27, of 14851 Cloverdale Road in Woodbridge. Charged with assault and battery on a law enforcement officers, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Court date unavailable, released on a $2,000 unsecured bond.
Reckless Endangerment
On June 17 at 9:17 a.m., police responded to the 1800 block of Old Post Trail in Woodbridge for a child neglect call. Two children reported to school staff their sibling, a 4 year old girl, had been left home alone at their residence in the above area. School immediately notified police who arrived and located the child alone within the residence. The child was unharmed but did have access to unsafe objects in the residence. The investigation revealed the child was supposed to be left in the custody of a family member, the accused. The child was left alone for less than two hours. The accused was arrested and charged. Arrested: Yves Ghislane Tchoukouani, 27, of 1824 Old Post Trail in Woodbridge. Charged with felony reckless endangerment. Court date unavailable, released on a $3,000 unsecured bond.
Brandishing
On June 17 at 4:49 p.m., police responded to the area of Jefferson Davis Highway and Fox Lair Drive in Woodbridge for a brandishing. The female victim, 41 of Dumfries, reported to police she was involved in a road rage incident with the driver of another vehicle, the accused. The accused allegedly became aggravated and pointed a handgun at the victim. The vehicle was located and driver charged. No injuries were reported. Arrested: Winston Colon, 41, of 3511 Emory Lane in Woodbridge. Charged with brandishing a firearm. Court date set for July 11, 2011, released on a summons.
Strong Armed Robbery
On June 16 at 6:49 p.m., police responded to the 8300 block of Sudley Road in Manassas for a robbery. The male victims, 55 and 7, reported to police they were in the area above when they were approached by three unknown males, two of whom were juveniles. The males surrounded them and demanded money. After a brief alteration, the males walked off. The victims called police who located the three males and charged them as follows. Arrested: Jermel Tyreen Thompson, 31, of 10216 Winchester Ct. in Manassas. Charged with attempted robbery, assault and battery and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor (one charge for the two juveniles who were involved in the robbery). Court date and bond information unavailable. Arrested: A 17 year old male of Manassas and a 14 year old male of Manassas. Both charged with attempted robbery. Court date and bond information unavailable.
Grand Larceny Investigation
On June 14 8:32 a.m., police responded to the 7600 block of Stanton Circle in Manassas for a stolen vehicle. The vehicle owner reported to police her vehicle had been stolen sometime during the overnight hours. The vehicle was equipped with OnStar and was located in Fairfax County where three juveniles were taken into custody by Fairfax County Police. Prince William County detectives were able to link one of the juveniles to other grand larceny cases involving another stolen vehicle and property, including GPS units, iPods and firearms. The investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at 11119 Lightguard Loop in Manassas where some of the stolen property was recovered. On June 16, two more arrests were made in connection to this investigation. The firearm reported stolen in the investigation has since been recovered. Arrested: A 17-year-old male of Manassas. Charged with three counts of grand larceny auto, one count of credit card theft and one count of larceny of a firearm. A 16-year-old male of Manassas. Charged with one count of grand larceny auto and one count of larceny of a firearm. A 16-year-old male – no fixed address. Charged with one count of grand larceny auto. Arrested: Travis Samuel Nokes, 18, of 7577 Margate Ct #201 in Manassas. Charged with one count of grand larceny auto, one count of larceny of a firearm and possession of marijuana. Court date set for Aug. 23, 2011, unknown bond information. Arrested: A 16-year-old male of Manassas. Charged with one count of grand larceny auto and one count of larceny of a firearm. Court date and bond information unavailable for the juveniles.

Reckless Handling of a Firearm / Destruction of Property
On June 18 at 5:10 p.m., police responded to the area of Oakwood Drive and Dulcinea Place in Woodbridge for a shots-fired call. Caller reported to police that several gun shots were heard in the area. Police arrived and located a parked, unoccupied vehicle that appeared to have been struck by a bullet. Witnesses reported seeing two vehicles, a red truck and a gold four-door sedan, in the area, which may had been shooting at each other. No injuries or other property damage were reported. The vehicles were not located.

On June 18 at 2:51 a.m., police responded to the 14500 block of Colchester Road in Woodbridge for a shots fired call. Caller reported to police several gun shots were heard in the area. Police arrived and did not locate a shooter. No injuries or property damage were reported.

Burglary / Arson
On June 19 at 7:25 a.m., police responded to the 4800 block of Kilbane Road in Woodbridge to assist the Fire Marshal’s Office with an arson investigation. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a rear door that had been forced opened. No items were reported missing. The Fire Marshal’s Office is handling the arson investigation.
Burglary
On June 18 at 5 a.m., police responded to the Wi Not Stop at 13660 Dumfries Road in Manassas for a burglary. Employees reported to police the burglary occurred between midnight and 4:55 a.m. Entry appeared to have been gained through rear door, which had been pried opened. An undisclosed amount of U.S. currency was reported missing.
Burglary
On June 16 at 9:45 a.m., police responded to the 3700 block of Beaver Ford Dr. in Woodbridge for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 6 p.m. on June 15 and 9 a.m. on June 16. There were no signs of forced entry. Entry was made into an attached garage. A cooler valued around $40 was reported missing. No entry was gained into the main residence.
Attempted Burglary
On June 18 at 1:47 p.m., police responded to the 13200 block of Armstead St. in Woodbridge for an attempted burglary. Homeowner reported to police that between 10 a.m. and 1:40 p.m., an unknown person(s) attempted to enter the residence through a rear window. There were no signs of forced entry. No entry is believed to have been made into the residence and no items were reported missing.
Attempted Burglary
On June 18 at 4:30 p.m., police responded to the 13300 block of Packard Dr. in Woodbridge for an attempted burglary. Homeowner reported to police that between midnight and 3 a.m. on June 17, an unknown person(s) attempted to enter the residence through the front door, which had been tampered with. No entry was gained and no items were reported missing from the residence.
Grand Larceny / Stolen Firearm
On June 19 at 3:28 p.m., police responded to the 5400 block of Quaint Dr. in Woodbridge for a larceny. The vehicle owner reported to police that sometime between 4:30 p.m. on May 26 and 2:45 p.m. on June 19, an unknown person(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and stole a handgun, magazine and bullets. No other items were reported missing.
