**INCIDENTS**
Rape – On May 7th at 4:01PM, police responded to the 8100 block of Community Dr in Manassas (20109) for a rape. The victim, a 19 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were inside a residence in the above area where he raped her. After the assault, the accused was confronted by a friend of the victim in front of the residence where a physical altercation ensued. The accused was able to get away and fled on foot. Police checked the surrounding neighborhood but did not locate the suspect. Following the investigation, a warrant was obtained.

Lucas Balmoris ORELLANA CHICAS, 34, of no fixed address
Described as a Hispanic male, 5’6”, 145lbs, medium build with brown eyes and a shaved head
Wanted for rape

Strong Armed Robbery – On May 7th at 7:52AM, police responded to investigate a robbery which was reported to have occurred in the area of Lodge Tr and Old Kings Rd in Woodbridge (22191) on May 6th around 10:30PM. The victim, a 27 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he made arrangements on social media to meet a known acquaintance in the area above in order to sell a pair of shoes. When the victim, and a friend, arrived in the area they were approached by the acquaintance and another unknown man. An altercation ensued and the men took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, a backpack, 2 cell phones, and the pair of shoes from the victim before fleeing the area. Minor injuries were reported.

Last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and jeans
2nd male was between 30 & 35 years of age, 6’2”, 210lbs, heavy build with a bald head, brown eyes, and a goatee
Last seen wearing a white t-short and sweatpants
Residential Burglary – On May 7th at 3:52PM, police responded to the 2700 block of Alton Hotel Ct in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:55AM and 3:00PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unlocked door. Jewelry, 2 laptops, a cell phone, a gaming console, and other items, valued around $7,000, were reported missing.
Commercial Burglary – On May 6th at 7:30AM, police responded to Nowell’s Automotive located at 15704 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred between 3:00PM on May 5th and 7:00AM on May 6th. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear door after a lock was cut. Electrical wiring, valued around $7,500, was reported missing.
