**INCIDENTS**

Aggravated Malicious Wounding – On May 5th at 7:27PM, police responded to the 13900 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) for a fight. The victim, a 31 year old man of Stafford, reported to police that he was walking in the area above when he was approached by an unknown man. The man struck the victim before running away on foot. No property was reported missing. The victim gave chase but was unable to catch up to the suspect. The man was last seen getting into a nearby vehicle and leaving the area. The victim sustained a significant injury to his face and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Lookout:
White male, between 40 & 50 years of age, 5’6”, with a thin build
No clothing description

A blue, Honda Accord type vehicle

Armed Robbery – On May 3rd at 9:28AM, police responded to the Cashpoint located at 1391 Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge (22193) for a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown, masked man entered the business, displayed a handgun, and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency and a purse before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported.  A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.
Lookout:
Black male, between 30 & 40 years of age, 5’10”, 170lbs, with a thin build
Last seen wearing a large olive green jacket with a hood, light blue jeans, black & white gloves, black shoes, and carrying a black & brown backpack

Strong Armed Robbery – On May 3rd at 8:55PM, police responded to the 2400 block of Kilpatrick Pl in Dumfries (22026) for a robbery. The victim, a 42 year old man of Dumfries, reported to police that he was walking in the area above when he was approached by an unknown suspect. The suspect assaulted the victim and took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing on foot. Minor injuries were reported. The victim was unable to provide police with a description of the assailant.

**ARRESTS**

Malicious Wounding | Domestic Assault & Battery – On May 5th at 6:02PM, police responded to the 2100 block of Culpeper Dr in Woodbridge (22191) for a domestic. The victim, a 26 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a “tire iron” from her vehicle and struck the victim to the head. Following the assault, the accused left the area but was located by officers. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. Minor injuries were reported.

Charged with malicious wounding and domestic assault & battery
Court date unavailable, held WITHOUT bond

Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On May 3rd at 10:07PM, police responded to the 13400 block of Pomander Ln in Woodbridge (22192) for a domestic. The victim, a 29 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim and, at one point, began to choke her. The victim was able to leave the residence and call police. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. Minor injuries were reported.

Paige Leonard SCHULZE, 28, of the 13400 block of Pomander Ln in Woodbridge
Charged with strangulation and domestic assault & battery

Child Neglect – On May 4th at 12:36PM, police responded to the 13700 block of Foulgers Sq in Woodbridge (22192) for a child neglect call. Officers arrived and located 2 small girls, ages 8 and 5, who were left in an unattended vehicle in the parking lot. The investigation revealed that the accused, the children’s mother, left the victims in the vehicle while she went into a nearby store. The children were left in the vehicle for about an hour before the accused returned. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. The children did not appear to be harmed.

Hiba Najeeb NADHIM, 36, of 7810 Lewis Chapel Cir in Lorton
Charged with 2 counts of felony child neglect
Court date unavailable, released on personal recognizance
