Armed Robberies | Grand Larceny Auto *ADDITIONAL CHARGES – On May 22nd, detectives obtained additional charges on both suspect in reference to the robberies which were reported to have occurred in the Woodbridge area of Prince William County on May 12th. In addition to the charges, detectives learned that while processing the female suspect, it was discovered that she had given investigators a false name. The female suspect, LOPEZ, was wanted out of multiple jurisdictions which were obtained under her real name.
Arrested on May 22nd:
Marcus Obrien MCALLISTER, 31, of 13427 Pinetree Ct in Woodbridge
Charged with 3 counts of credit card theft and 2 counts of grand larceny
Carmina Juanita LOPEZ, 31, of 6174 Coffer Woods Dr in Burke
Charged with providing a false identification to police, forging public documents, 3 counts of credit card theft and 2 counts of grand larceny
Court date for both suspects is set for July 31, 2013, both were also held WITHOUT bond
Armed Robberies | Grand Larceny Auto [Previously Released] – On May 12th at 8:00AM, police responded to the area of Gardenview Lp and Summerland Dr in Woodbridge (22191) for a robbery. The victim, a 37 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he made arrangements to meet an unknown woman in the above area. After arriving, he met the woman who was also with an unknown man. During the encounter, the man displayed a knife and demanded the victim’s money and car keys. The man and woman took the victim’s cell phone and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area in the victim’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Later that afternoon, around 1:07PM, police responded to the area of Devils Reach Rd and Carolyn Forest Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for another robbery. The victim, a 45 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he encountered an unknown woman in the 13300 block of Occoquan Rd. The victim got into a vehicle, believed to be the vehicle stolen earlier, with the woman and drove to the area above. Once there, an unknown masked man, who had been hiding in the backseat, displayed a knife and took the victim’s wallet and cell phone. Following the robbery, the suspects forced the victim from the vehicle. No injuries were reported. Both robberies appear to involve the same suspects. Both investigations are continuing. On May 17th, detectives obtained surveillance photos from stores in the Woodbridge area where the suspects purchased merchandise with credit cards reported stolen during the robbery. On May 21st, detectives were able to identify the suspects involved in these incidents. Patrol officers were able to locate both suspects in the 12400 block of Dillingham Sq. Following the investigation, both suspects were arrested and charged in connection to the robberies. A search of both suspects resulted in drug paraphernalia being found on both individuals, as well as, brass knuckles being located on the MCALLISTER suspect.
**INCIDENTS**
Brandishing | Possession of a Concealed Weapon – On May 22nd at 6:13PM, police responded to investigate a brandishing which was reported to have occurred in the 7400 block of Bull Run Rd in Manassas (20111) on May 21st. The victim, a 53 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused displayed a gun, which was in his waistband, and threatened the victim. No shots were fired and the firearm was never pointed towards the victim. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the accused.

Indecent Exposure – On May 20th at 11:50AM, police responded to the 7800 block of Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) for an indecent exposure. The victim, a 31 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she was walking in a parking lot in the above area when she encountered an unknown vehicle occupied by an unknown man. During the encounter, the man exposed himself to the victim. No injuries were reported and the man never exited the vehicle. The suspect was last seen leaving the parking lot in the vehicle.

Residential Burglary – On May 21st at 6:45PM, police responded to the 13800 block of Montoclair Ln in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:00PM on May 17th and 8:30AM on May 20th. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured rear sliding glass door. A checkbook was reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Carnal Knowledge – On May 20th, detectives from the Special Victims Bureau began an investigation into a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in the 8000 block of Community Dr in Manassas (20109) in 2010. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 14 year old female at the time of the offense, was sexually assaulted by the accused, a known acquaintance. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
