UPDATES ON PREVIOUS REPORTS
Armed Robberies – Possibly Related:
Arrest in carjacking
The accused has been identified in reference to the below carjacking reported from May 10. The accused is currently being held in the Rappahannock Regional Jail in connection on other charges. Arrested: Travis Allen Honore, 21 – no fixed address. Charged with carjacking, petit larceny and driving while revoked. Court date scheduled June 6, 2011.
Carjacking (Previously Released)
On May 9 at 8:31 p.m., police responded to the 2900 block of Dale Blvd in for a robbery. The male victim, 39 of Fredericksburg, reported to police that he had just pulled into the parking lot when he observed an unknown man in another vehicle. As the victim parked, the man approached his vehicle and asked for money. When the victim refused, the man displayed a firearm and took the victims keys and vehicle. No injuries were reported. At 9:22 p.m., the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office located the vehicle, unoccupied, within their jurisdiction.
Related Armed Robberies:
On May 13, police identified the accused in reference to the below listed armed robberies from the 12th involving two separate 7-11 stores. On May 15, the accused was located and apprehended by the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force without further incident in the Montclair area. Arrested: Josef Rodriquez, 26 – no fixed address. Charged with armed robbery, use of firearm in commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. No court date available, held without bond.
On May 12 at 11:51 p.m., police responded to the 7-11 located at 7868 Sudley Rd in Manassas for a robbery. The clerk reported to police that an unknown man had entered the store, displayed a handgun and took an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency before fleeing the store. No injuries were reported. At 3:13 a.m., on May 13, police responded to the 7-11 located at 10740 Coverstone Dr in Manassas for another robbery. The clerk reported to police that, again, an unknown man had entered the store, approached the counter and displayed a handgun. The man demanded money and fled the store with an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency. No injuries were reported in this case either. Both clerks gave a similar description of the suspect.

INCIDENT REPORTS
Malicious Wounding:
On May 14 at 6:04 a.m., police responded to the 4200 block of Dale Blvd in Woodbridge for a fight. The male victim, 26 of Fredericksburg, reported to police that a large fight had broken out in the area above. During the fight, the victim was stabbed. No other information could be gathered from the incident. The victim was transported to an area hospital with life threatening injuries. The investigation continues.
Strong Armed Robbery:
On May 14 at 11:54 a.m., police responded to the 4300 block of Dale Blvd in Woodbridge for a robbery. The male victim, 15 of Woodbridge, reported to police he was standing in the area above when an unknown man approached him. The man pushed the victim against the wall and took a pair of shoes the victim had just purchased. The man fled the area of foot prior to police arrival. No injuries were reported. Lookout: Hispanic male, between 24 and 30, 5’11”, 170 lbs., medium build, black hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing a black hat with the letter ‘C’ on it, black T-shirt, dark jeans and black shoes.
Human Remains Found:
On May 14 at 2:21 p.m., police responded to the 2800 block of Dale Blvd in Woodbridge for a report of found human remains. The caller reported to police he had found a human skull in the woods behind K-Mart. The found remains have been sent to the Medical Examiner’s Office for forensic identification. There were no obvious signs of trauma. The investigation continues. 

ARRESTS
Rape / Abduction:
On May 14 at 4:54 a.m., police responded to the 10400 block of Butterfield St in Manassas for a domestic. The female victim, 25 of Manassas, reported to police she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused allegedly choked and raped the victim. The accused was arrested without further incident and charged. Arrested: Conrad Etwall Campbell Jr., 38, of 10487 Butterfield St #32 in Manassas. Charged with rape, abduction and domestic assault & battery. Court date unavailable, held without bond.
Abduction / Domestic Assault & Battery:
On May 14 at 4:30 a.m., police responded to the 16800 block of Toms Rover Loop in Dumfries for a domestic. The female victim, 33 of Dumfries, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused allegedly grabbed the victim, assaulting her, and held her in the basement preventing her from contacting police. The victim was finally able to contact police. The victim sustained minor injuries. The accused was arrested without further incident and charged. Arrested: Leonel H. Ramos Cardoza, 32, of 16843 Toms River Loop in Dumfries. Charged with abduction and domestic assault & battery. Court date unavailable, held without bond.
Threats to Bomb:
On May 13 at 12:06 p.m., police responded to Freedom High School at 15201 Neabsco Mills Road in Woodbridge for a student who threatened to bomb the school. The investigation revealed the accused, a 17-year-old student, had threatened to blow up the school. The accused was detained and charged. Arrested: A 17-year-old female of Woodridge. Charged with threats to burn. Court date unavailable, held at a juvenile detention facility.
Assault & Battery:
On May 13 at 12:06 p.m., police responded to investigate an alleged assault and battery that was reported to have occurred between a bus driver and two students. The investigation revealed the accused, a Prince William County school bus driver, had assaulted two male students, 10 and 12, while they were on the bus in her care. The bus was parked at the Independent Hill School at 14800 Joplin Road in Manassas. No injuries were reported. The accused was charged as follows.  Charged (Released on Summons): Minnie Pearl McBride, 49, of 1913 Mariner Dr. in Woodbridge. Charged with two counts of assault and battery. Court date unavailable.
OTHER INCIDENT REPORTS
Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling:
On May 13 at 5:32 p.m., police responded to the 4200 block of Newbold Ct. in Woodbridge for a shooting into an occupied dwelling call. The homeowner reported to police that sometime between 8 a.m. on May 1 and 5:32 p.m. on May 13, an unknown person(s) shot his rear bay window with an apparent BB gun. The window was double paned and no projectile penetrated into the residence. No injuries were reported.
Burglary:
On May 12 at 8:13 p.m., police responded to the 14600 block of Cloverdale Road in Woodbridge for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Entry appeared to have been gained through a rear basement door that had been forced opened. No items were reported missing. Damage was estimated at about $1,000.
Burglary:
On May 12 at 2:32 p.m., police responded to the 15600 block of Winding Creek Dr. in Dumfries for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. A shotgun, jewelry, a laptop and other miscellaneous items valued around $2,100 were reported missing.
