ARRESTS
Aggravated Sexual Battery – On March 25, 2012 at 11:25 p.m., police responded to the 4500 block of Kentland Dr in Woodbridge (22193) for a domestic. The victim, a 12-year-old female of Woodbridge, reported to police that had been sexually assaulted by the accused, a known acquaintance, while at the residence. Following an investigation, the accused was subsequently arrested and charged. Arrested: Jonathan Alexander CARRIVEAU, 26, of the 4500 block of Kentland Dr in Woodbridge. Charged with aggravated sexual battery and abduction. Court date unavailable, held WITHOUT bond.
INCIDENTS
Burglary – On March 26, 2012 at 6:29 p.m, police responded to the 1400 block of Cottonwood Ct in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:30 p.m. on March 25, 2012 and 5 p.m. on March 26, 2012. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. A gaming console and game, valued around $360, were reported missing.
Burglary to a Business – On March 25, 2012 at 1:27 p.m. police responded to the Prince William Upholstery located at 1492 Featherstone Rd in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary in progress. Caller reported to police that two unknown men were seen entering the business through a side door. Police arrived and discovered the side door had been forced opened. Officers searched the building which was empty. No items were reported missing.
Attempted Burglary – On March 26, 2012 at 2:17 p.m. police responded to the 2700 block of Wink Way in Woodbridge (22193) for an attempted burglary to a residence under construction. Builder reported to police that between 4:15 p.m. on March 23, 2012 and 7:15 a.m. on March 26, 2012, an unknown person(s) attempted entry into the residence by forcing open the front door. No entry is believed to have been made and no items were reported missing.
