ARRESTS
Rape / Forcible Sodomy / Abduction / Malicious Wounding – On March 17, 2012 at 9:43 a.m., police responded to the 15000 block of Lost Canyon Ct in Woodbridge (22191) for a disorderly. The victim, a 27-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation the night before, March 16. The altercation escalated and, during the encounter, the accused physically and sexually assaulted the victim. The accused also broke the victim’s cell phone and prevented her from leaving the residence to get help. The victim was able to leave the residence the next morning and contact police. The accused fled the residence prior to police arrival. Warrants were obtained against the accused and attempts to locate him were unsuccessful.
On March 19, 2012 at 12:20 a.m., police responded back to the address on Lost Canyon Ct after receiving information that the accused had returned and was involved in another physical altercation with the victim. The victim reported to police that she had returned to the residence with another male, a 51-year-old man of Woodbridge, when they encountered the accused in the parking lot. The accused assaulted the male victim and forced both victims inside the residence. Once there, the accused continued to assault the female victim and prevented her from answering the door when police arrived. Police were finally able to make contact with the occupants and arrested the accused without further incident. Both victims sustained non-life threatening injuries. Arrested: Dashun Keaton MCGEE, 42, of 5407 Staples Dr in Woodbridge. Charged with rape and forcible sodomy [from the March 17, 2012 assault against the female victim], abduction and aggravated malicious wounding [from the March 19, 2012 assault against the female victim] and assault & battery and destruction of property [from the March 19, 2012 assault against the male victim]. Rape – On Jan. 23, 2012, police responded to investigate a rape which was reported to have occurred in the 3700 block of Masthead Tl in Dumfries (22026) sometime between August and September of 2010. The investigation revealed that the victim, who was an 8-year-old female at the time of the incident, had been raped by the accused, a known acquaintance, while at an address in the above area. Following the investigation, a warrant was obtained against the accused; however several attempts to locate him were unsuccessful. On March 15, 2012, deputies from the Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Office – Warrant Fugitive Division apprehended the accused after receiving a tip that he was at an address in Largo MD. The accused has since been brought back to Prince William County. Arrested: Robert Henry FLOYD, 34, of 107 Joyceton Tr in Largo MD. Charged with rape. Court date unavailable; held WITHOUT bond.
Aggravated Malicious Wounding – On March 18, 2012 at 9:37 p.m., police responded to the 8100 block of Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) for a stabbing. The victim, a 57-year-old man of no fixed address, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation, near the woodline in the above area, which escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a pocket knife and stabbed the victim in the chest. Officers arrived at the scene quickly and were able to take the accused into custody without further incident. The victim sustained a serious, but non-life threatening injury and was flown to an area hospital. Arrested: Stacye Lynne MINOR ESCALANTE, 43, of no fixed address. Charged with aggravated malicious wounding. Court date unavailable; held WITHOUT bond.
Sexual Assault – On March 16, 2012 at 7:41 a.m., police responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at the Roadway Inn located at 13964 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191). The investigation revealed that the victims, a 22-year-old female and a 21-year-old female, both of no fixed address, had been sexually assaulted by the accused, a known acquaintance, while all three were staying in a room at the Roadway Inn. Following the investigation, the accused was subsequently arrested and charged. Arrested: Lamont Keishaun JORDAN, 28, of no fixed address. Charged with sexual battery (in reference to the 22-year-old female victim) and object sexual penetration (in reference to the 21-year-old female victim). Court date unavailable; held WITHOUT bond.
Filing a False Police Report – On March 18, 2012 at 3 p.m., police responded to the 13900 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an initial claim of a robbery. The victim, now the accused, had reported to police that he was in the area above when he was approached by two unknown men who assaulted him and took his phone. Officers were able to determine that the accused had lied about the robbery which never took place. The accused was arrested and charged. Arrested: Bonilla Luis David MONTES, 27, of 16482 Kramer Estate Dr in Woodbridge. Charged with filing a false police report. Court date set for April 20, 2012; held on a $2,500 secured bond.
Filing a False Police Report – On March 17, 2012 at 10:27 a.m. police responded to investigate an initial claim of a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in the 3400 block of Lacrosse Ct in Woodbridge (22193). The victim, now the accused, had reported to police that he was sexually assaulted by another male that he had met on an online website. The accused met the man in the above area where the assault was reported to have occurred. Detectives later determined that no assault took place and that the accused had lied about the encounter. The accused was arrested and charged. Arrested: Ahneisha Lenice JETT, 33, of 114 Hickok Cir in Fredericksburg. Charged with filing a false police report. Court date and bond information unavailable.
