**ARRESTS**

Unlawful Filming – On February 4th, detectives from the Special Victims Bureau responded to investigate an unlawful filming incident which was reported to have occurred in the 7700 block of Beckham Ct in Manassas (20111). The investigation revealed that during a house party, a video camera was located in a bathroom within the residence. Once discovered by an attending party, police were notified. Detectives determined that the homeowner, the accused, had placed the camera, which was recording, in the bathroom. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
Arrested on February 4th:
Philip Andresen CAPLINGER, 46, of 7728 Beckham Ct in Manassas
Charged with unlawful filming of another
Court date unavailable, released on personal recognizance

**INCIDENTS**

Rape | Abduction – On February 5th at 6:47PM, police responded to the 14400 block of Clubhouse Rd in Gainesville (20155) for a rape. The victim, a 26 year old woman of Gainesville, reported to police that the accused, a known acquaintance, came to her residence in the above area armed with a handgun and raped her. The accused then forced the victim into a vehicle and drove her to an unknown location. Eventually, the victim was able to convince the accused to drive her back home. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the accused. Attempts to locate the accused were unsuccessful. The accused has ties to the Virginia Beach area.
Wanted:
Roy The NGUYEN, 37, of Virginia Beach
Described as an Asian male, 6’0”, 175lbs, with a thin build, black hair and brown eyes
Wanted for rape, abduction with intent to defile and forcible sodomy

Vehicle Lookout:
A 2000 burgundy Volkswagen Passat with a roof rack, VA tag: XJP-8885

Armed Robbery – On February 5th at 10:57PM, police responded to the Coastal Gas Station located at 2010 Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge (22192) for a robbery. Employees reported to police that 3 unknown, masked men entered the business and approached the counter. One of the men was armed with a handgun and demanded money. The men took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was utilized in the search. No suspects were located.
Lookout:
3 black males, unknown ages—
1st male [armed suspect] was 5’9” with a medium build and dark complexion

2nd and 3rd males were both 5’10”, with a thin builds
All men were last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, a mask and gloves

Residential Burglary – On February 5th at 4:52PM, police responded to the 2800 block of Woodmark Dr in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police that he had just arrived home when he encountered an unknown man in his residence. The man was armed with a handgun and threatened the homeowner before fleeing the residence on foot. No injuries were reported and no property was taken. The man appeared to have made entry into the residence through the front door which had been forced open.

Last seen wearing a black & white mask, black & silver jacket and blue jeans
