**ARRESTS**
Malicious Wounding – On January 23rd at 7:52PM, police responded to the 18400 block of Cabin Rd in Triangle (22172) for a stabbing. The victim, a 59 year old man of Triangle, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused allegedly cut the victim to his face with a knife. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was subsequently arrested.

Charged with malicious wounding
Court date unavailable, held WITHOUT bond
Abduction – On January 23rd at 10:36PM, police responded to the 16600 block of Gault Ct in Woodbridge (22191) for an abduction. The victim, a 22 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were driving in Woodbridge and became involved in a verbal altercation. The victim attempted to get out of the vehicle several times but was unable to. The accused also took the victim’s cell phone. The victim was eventually taken back to her residence in the above area. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, a warrant was obtained against the accused. The accused turned himself into police without incident.

**INCIDENTS**
Attempted Armed Robbery | Shooting – On January 23rd at 5:53PM, police responded to the area of Gateshead Ln and Sudley Manor Dr in Manassas (20109) for a shooting. The victims, a 19 year old man and a 21 year old man – both of Manassas, reported to police that they were walking in the area above when they were approached by an unknown masked man. The man displayed a handgun and demanded property. During the encounter, the 19 year old victim attempted to disarm the suspect. In the process, the handgun discharged, striking him in the arm. The suspect fled on foot. The victim was flown to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No property was taken. A police K-9 was utilized in the search. The suspect was not located. This incident does not appear to be random.

Last seen wearing a black jacket, black mask and black pants
Armed Robbery – On January 23rd at 11:16PM, police responded to the Exxon located at 13594 Quate Ln in Woodbridge (22192) for a robbery. Employees reported to police that 3 unknown, masked men the store. One of the men displayed a handgun and demanded money. The men took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was utilized in the search of the suspects. No one was located.

3 black males, all reported to be between 20 & 22 years of age, 6’2”, 175lbs, with medium builds
All were last seen wearing all black clothing including black masks and black gloves
Residential Burglary – On January 23rd at 12:29PM, police responded to the 1800 block of Tiger Lily Cir in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:20AM and 12:00PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear door which had been forced open. No property was reported missing, however several rooms had been ransacked.
Residential Burglary – On January 22nd at 5:00PM, police responded to the 10500 block of Talisa Ln in Manassas (20112) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:00PM on January 21st and 5:30AM on January 22nd. Entry appeared to have been made into an attached garage through an open door. Two unlocked vehicles which were parked in the garage were entered. Two GPS devices and other property, valued around $250, were reported missing.
Attempted Residential Burglary – On January 23rd at 8:52PM, police responded to the 1400 block of Ranger Lp in Woodbridge (22191) for an attempted burglary. Homeowner reported to police that between 5:40AM and 6:45PM, an unknown person(s) attempted to enter the residence through the front door which had been damaged. No entry appeared to have been made into the residence and no property was reported missing.
