ARRESTS
Burglary

On Dec. 5 at 1:39 p.m., police responded to the 16200 block of Kings Valley Dr. in Dumfries for a burglary in progress. Caller reported to police that two unknown males were seen entering a neighbors residence. Police arrived on scene and were checking the residence when one of the males attempted to flee on foot. After a short foot chase, police were able to detain that male, later determined to be a juvenile, without further incident. Police were able to determine the identity of the second male, also a juvenile. Attempts to locate that juvenile were unsuccessful. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear window which had been forced opened. Property reported missing, which included 3 laptops and a camera – total value around $2,600, were recovered. Arrested: A 15 year old male of Dumfries. Charged with burglary and grand larceny. Court date unavailable, held at a juvenile detention facility. Wanted: A 17 year old male of Dumfries. Wanted for burglary and grand larceny.

Narcotics Investigation
On Sept. 15 at 2:17 a.m., police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Greenmount and Cardinal drives in Woodbridge. The driver, the accused, was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. A search of his vehicle led to methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana being seized. As a result of this finding, a search warrant was executed at the residence of the accused located at 1754 Ann Scarlet Ct. in Woodbridge. Additional methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana were recovered. This arrest was previously held for investigative reasons. Arrested: Rodney Leon Ward, 25, of 1754 Ann Scarlet Ct. in Woodbridge. Charged with possession with intent to distribute (PWID) a schedule I or II narcotic [cocaine], PWID marijuana, PWID methamphetamine, driving while intoxicated and refusal. Court date unavailable, held on a $5,000 secured bond at the time of the arrest.

INCIDENT REPORTS
Armed Robbery

On Dec. 5 at 6:01 p.m., police responded to the 12200 block of Cinnamon St. in Woodbridge for a robbery. The male victim, 17 of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was walking in the area above when he was approached by three unknown males. One of the males displayed an electroshock type weapon and demanded the victim’s property. The males took the victim’s iPhone, keys and hat before fleeing the area. No injuries were reported. All three assailants were described as black males, in their late teens, medium build. No clothing description available.

Malicious Wounding
On Dec. 5 at 7:38 p.m., police responded to the 13300 block of Gandall Ct. in Manassas for an assault. The female victim, 18 of Manassas, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused allegedly struck the victim in the face and knocked her to the ground. The accused fled prior to police arrival. The victim was transported to an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Wanted: Louis Michael M. Uscar Ella, 20, of 1412 Brigadier Dr. in Fredericksburg. Described as a white male, 5’08” 170 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes. Wanted for malicious wounding

Burglary
On Dec. 5 at 11:31 p.m., police responded to the 4100 block of Southway Lane in Triangle for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 3:30 and 8:30 p.m. Dec. 4. Entry appeared to have been made through the front door. A gaming console, related equipment and games, valued around $600, were reported missing.

Burglary
On Dec. 5 at 5 p.m., police responded to the 15400 block of Beachview Dr. in Dumfries for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Entry appeared to have been made through a side door on an attached garage which had been pried opened. Entry was then made through an interior door that was unlocked. Electronics, including a computer, jewelry and other items, valued around $5,000, were reported missing.

Burglary
On Dec. 3 at 9:14 p.m., police responded to the 6100 block of Occoquan Forest Dr. in Manassas for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6 and 9 p.m. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured door. The homeowner’s vehicle, a 2012 4four-door, silver Nissan Altima, was reported missing.

Burglary
On Dec. 1 at 6:20 p.m., police responded to the 9900 block of Moore Dr. in Manassas for a burglary to a vacant residence. Property owner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 12:01 a.m. Nov. 7 and 11:59 p.m. Nov. 17. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. A wood pellet stove, valued around $2,500, was reported missing.

Burglary
On Dec. 1 at 6:42 a.m., police responded to the 8200 block of Crackling Fire Dr. in Gainesville for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 8:15 a.m. and 8 p.m. Nov. 30. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry appeared to have been made through an unsecured door on an attached garage. A dirt bike, valued around $1,500, was reported missing.

Attempted BurglaryOn Dec. 3 at 8:45a.m., police responded to the 5900 block of Token Forest Dr. in Manassas for an attempted burglary. Homeowner reported to police that between 11:30 p.m. Dec. 2 and 6 a.m. Dec. 3, an unknown person(s) attempted to enter the residence by prying open a rear door. No entry was made into the residence and no items were reported missing.
