ARRESTS
Grand Larceny
On Nov. 30 at 6:28 p.m., police responded to the 13800 block of Milken Ct. in Manassas for a suspicious person. Caller reported to police that an unknown man, later identified as the accused, was seen going through vehicles and removing property. Police arrived and located the accused who was taken into custody without incident. Electronics, jewelry and other miscellaneous items, valued around $2,400, were recovered. A search of the accused resulted in marijuana. Arrested: Michael Daniel Williams, 21, of 7800 Tayloe Dr #7 in Manassas. Charged with grand larceny and possession of marijuana. Court date and bond information unavailable.

Narcotics Investigation
On Nov. 30 at 4:41 p.m., police executed a search warrant at 7060 Lakota Dr #101 in Woodbridge in reference to an ongoing narcotics investigation involving marijuana. As a result of the search warrant, marijuana and packaging material were recovered. The accused was also arrested without incident. Arrested: Raishaun Jahi Jefferson, 31, of 7060 Lakota Dr #101 in Woodbridge. Charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute marijuana and two counts of transporting marijuana over 5lbs into the Commonwealth of Virginia. Court date set for Jan. 9, 2012, held on a $15,000 secured bond.

Narcotics Investigation
On Oct. 3 at 12:12 a.m., police executed a search warrant at 14791 Harlingen Way in Gainesville in reference to an ongoing narcotics investigation involving cocaine. As a result of the search warrant, a half once of cocaine, MDMA, a handgun and an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency were recovered. The accused was also arrested without incident. Arrested: Jeffrey Albert Sneath, 39, of 14791 Harlingen Way in Gainesville. Charged with possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic [cocaine], possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic [MDMA] and possession of a firearm with a schedule I or II narcotic. Court date unavailable, held on a $25,000 secured bond.

INCIDENT REPORTS
Assault and Battery
On Nov. 30 at 7:42 p.m., police responded to the area of the Prince William Parkway and Liberia Avenue in Manassas for a fight. The male victim, 23 of Woodbridge, reported to police he was riding his moped on the Prince William Parkway approaching the area above when a vehicle pulled up. The occupants yelled racial slurs towards the victim before two of the three occupants exited their vehicle and began physically assaulting the victim. The fight dispersed prior to police arrival. Minor injuries were reported. The altercation appeared to have stemmed from the victim driving slowly on his moped. The victim was unable to provide police with a description of the assailants other than reporting that all three were white males, around 6’0” with medium builds. The investigation continues.

Burglary
On Dec. 1 at 2:12 a.m., police responded to the 5500 block of Roundtree Dr. in Woodbridge for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police she was in the kitchen when she observed a sliding glass door shut and a figure through the curtain. The unknown person fled. There were no signs of forced entry. The door appeared to have been left unsecured. No entry was made into the residence.

Burglary
On Nov. 30 at 2:08 p.m., police responded to the 14400 block of Filarete St. in Woodbridge for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear sliding glass door that had been broken out. 2 TVs, a gaming console, related games and jewelry, valued around $5,000, were reported missing.

Burglary
On Nov. 29 at 1:31 p.m., police responded to the 5600 block of Arrowfield Trail in Haymarket for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 10 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Two laptops, valued around $550, were reported missing.

Burglary
On Nov. 28 at 9:59 a.m., police responded to the 15200 block of Lodge Trail in Woodbridge for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 7:15 a.m. Nov. 19 and 8 a.m. Nov. 26. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. An undisclosed amount of U.S. currency was reported missing.

Burglary
On Nov. 14 at 3:20 p.m., police responded to the 10400 block of Dylan Place in Manassas for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 8 a.m. and noon Nov. 12. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured rear door. A cell phone and gaming console, valued at around $400, were reported missing.

Attempted Burglary
On Nov. 30 at 8:30 p.m., police responded to the 9500 block of Damascus Dr. in Manassas for an attempted burglary. Homeowner reported to police that between noon Nov. 23 and 4 p.m. Nov. 30, an unknown person(s) attempted entry into the residence through a rear window. The window screen appeared to have been cut and the window broken. No entry appeared to have been gained into the residence and no items were reported missing.
