Aggravated Malicious Wounding / Abduction
On Dec. 14 at 5:16 p.m., police responded to the 12600 block of Khans Road in Manassas for an assault. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 66 year old woman of Manassas, was assaulted by the accused, Stark. Stark allegedly entered the victim’s residence, while she was out, in an attempt to steal items while Moten acted as a lookout and getaway driver. The victim returned home during the burglary. When confronted by the victim, Stark displayed a firearm and assaulted her. The victim sustained serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital. The investigation revealed that Posey was also involved in the planning of the burglary. Both Stark and Posey were located in Manassas City and arrested without further incident. The investigation continues. Moten is currently wanted in regards to this incident. Arrested:Lee Allen Stark, 19 – no fixed address. Charged with burglary while armed, aggravated malicious wounding, abduction and use of a firearm by a convicted felon. Court date set for February 15, 2012, held without bond. Cherish Autumn Posey, 20, of the 12600 block of Khans Road in Manassas. Charged with conspiracy to commit a burglary with intent to assault. Court date unavailable, held without bond. Wanted: James Arthur Moten, 21, of 14307 South Hall Ct in Culpepper. Described as a black male with numerous tattoos, 6’00” 145 lbs., black hair, brown eyes. Wanted for burglary while armed, aggravated malicious wounding, abduction and use of a firearm by a convicted felon. Attempted Malicious Wounding
On Dec. 15 at 11:56 p.m., police responded to the 12800 block of Island House Loop in Woodbridge for a domestic. The female victim, 23 of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused allegedly grabbed a knife and made several stabbing motions towards the victim. No injuries were reported. The accused was arrested without further incident. Arrested: Sean Ezekiel Spollen, 29, of the 12800 block of Island House Loop in Woodbridge. Charged with attempted malicious wounding. Court date unavailable, held on a $3,000 secured bond.
Possession of Child Pornography
On Dec. 15, police arrested the accused after an ongoing investigation into child pornography possession from a July 2011 incident. On July 28, police received information the accused was possibly in possession of suspected child pornography. The Northern Virginia/DC Internet Crimes Against Children task force conducted the investigation, which resulted in a search warrant being executed at the residence of the accused at 8219 Ramseur Place in Manassas. As a result of the search warrant, digital media was seized. Arrested: Sanjeet Singh, 32 of 8219 Ramseur Place in Manassas. Charged with possession of child pornography. Court date set for Feb. 08, 2011, held on a $20,000 secured bond.
Brandishing / Reckless Handling of a Firearm
On Dec. 16 at 7 p.m., police responded to the 10900 block of Lucasville Road in Manassas for a shots fired call. The male victim, 52 of Manassas, reported to police the accused, a known acquaintance, was at his residence when an argument ensued in the front yard. During the altercation, the accused allegedly displayed a handgun and fired several times. No injuries were reported. The accused left the residence but was located and arrested without further incident. Arrested: Daniel Ian Wells, 26, of 10871 Stone Hill Lane in Manassas. Charged with brandishing and reckless handling of a firearm. Court date set for Jan. 18, 2012, released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
Threats to Bomb
On Dec. 17 at 7:46 p.m., police responded to the Heritage Hunt Clubhouse at 6901 Arthur Hills Dr. in Gainesville for a bomb threat. The investigation revealed the accused had sent a bomb threat via text to a friend attending a holiday party at the clubhouse. The building was evacuated as a precaution. A search of the building was conducted utilizing police K-9. No bomb was located. Arrested: Connor William Weston, 21, of 5969 Spout Spring Ct. in Haymarket. Charged with threats to bomb. Court date and bond information unavailable.
INCIDENTS
Armed Robbery
On Dec. 17 at 4:16 a.m., police responded to the CVS at 13600 Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge for a robbery. Employee reported to police an unknown man entered the store, implied he had a handgun and demanded several medications. The man took about 1,000 pills, including Percocet and Dilaudid, valued around $5,400. No injuries were reported. Lookout: White male, between 30 & 40, 5’08” 160 lbs., medium build, brown eyes. Last seen wearing jeans and black sweatshirt with writing on it.
Armed Robbery
On Dec. 17th at 3:30 a.m., police responded to the 7-11 at 12520 Gordon Blvd. in Woodbridge for a robbery. Employee reported to police two unknown men entered the store, both displayed guns and demanded money. The men took an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency before fleeing the area. No injuries were reported missing. Lookout: Both men were described as white males, between 25 & 26, 5-06”-6’, medium build.
Burglary
On Dec. 18 at 12:41 p.m., police responded to the 4000 block of Dominion Dr. in Dumfries for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 10:15 a.m. on Dec. 16 and 12:15 p.m. on Dec. 18. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made into an unsecured bedroom window. A gaming console and shoes, valued $960, were reported missing.

On Dec. 18 at 12:13 a.m., police responded to the 5900 block of Tapestry Dr. in Woodbridge for a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police she came home and discovered an unknown man inside of her residence. The victim fled the house and called police. The unknown suspect fled prior to police arrival. Entry appeared to have been gained through a rear window had been broken out. No items were reported missing.

On Dec. 17 at 6:23 p.m., police responded to the 7400 block of Emerald Dr. in Manassas for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 1 and 1:45 p.m. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. A laptop, gaming equipment and tablet, valued around $2,800, were reported missing.

On Dec. 16 at 9:43 p.m., police responded to the 1400 block of Horner Road in Woodbridge for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Entry appeared to have been made through a window that had an in-window air conditioning unit removed. Jewelry and two cameras, valued around $1,500, were reported missing.

On Dec. 16 at 1:29 p.m., police responded to the 9200 block of Nathaniel Harris Ct. in Manassas for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 11 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Entry appeared to have been made through the front door that had been forced opened. Jewelry and other items, valued around $3,500, in addition to an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency were reported missing.

On Dec. 15 at 12:22 p.m., police responded to the 3800 block of Derby Ct in Woodbridge for a burglary to a vacant residence. Property owner reported to police the burglary occurred between 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 8 and 12:22 p.m. on Dec. 15. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear window that had been pried opened. Copper piping, valued around $500, was reported missing.
Burglary
On Dec. 12 at 12:19 p.m., police responded to the 15200 block of Royal Crest Dr. in Haymarket for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 3 p.m. on Nov. 25 and 11 a.m. on Nov. 29. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. A hunting jacket, containing two knives, ammunition and other items, valued around $435, were reported missing.
Attempted Burglary
On Dec. 12 at 2:34 p.m., police responded to the 2900 block of Colebrook Lane in Woodbridge for an attempted burglary. Homeowner reported to police she awoke to the sound of her dogs barking. Upon investigating the barking, she heard the front door close. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. No one was seen and no items were reported missing.
