**INCIDENTS**
Armed Robbery – On November 29th at 7:36PM, police responded to Super Check Cashing located at 10280 Festival Ln in Manassas (20109) for a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the store, displayed a knife and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported.

Strong Armed Robbery – On November 29th at 9:45AM, police responded to the 4600 block of Charlton Ct in Woodbridge (22193) for a robbery which occurred earlier that morning around 1:45AM. The victim, a 19 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was out in front of her residence when she was approached by 3 unknown men. One of the men began speaking to the victim then suddenly struck her in the face, knocking her to the ground. The men took her cell phone, which she dropped during the fall, and fled the area on foot. Minor injuries were reported.

Residential Burglary | Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling – On November 30th at 3:30AM, police responded to the 16200 block of Taconic Cir in Dumfries (22026) for a shots fired call relating to a burglary. A homeowner in the above area reported to police that there was burglary a burglary at his residence which occurred between 11:00PM on November 29th and 3:30AM on November 30th. Entry appeared to have been through the front door which had been forced open. A gaming console, 2 TV’s and other property, valued around $1,400, were reported missing. The homeowner believed his neighbor had committed the burglary and therefore fired several rounds into his neighbor’s residence. The shooting prompted police response to the area where officers learned of the burglary allegations. No injuries were reported. All parties have been identified. The investigation continues.
Commercial Burglary – On November 29th at 11:00PM, police responded to the Sakura Steakhouse located at 14595 Potomac Mills Rd in Woodbridge (22193) for an alarm. Officers arrived at the business and observed a side door which may have been forced open. No one was located inside the business. An undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On November 29th at 10:42AM, police responded to the 12200 block of Aztec Pl in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police that he was on a lower level of his residence when he heard his dogs start barking and then footsteps on an upper floor. Upon checking on the noise, the homeowner observed an unknown man in his residence. The man assaulted the victim and pulled out a knife. After a brief struggle, the man fled the residence on foot. No injuries were reported. Jewelry, valued around $1,200, was reported missing.

Commercial Burglary – On November 29th at 9:59AM, police responded to Brundage-Bone and Blanchet LLC located at 11141 Industrial Rd in Manassas (20109) for a burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:00PM on November 15th and 7:00AM on November 19th. There were no signs of forced entry. Entry was made into a warehouse at the location. A rock value, weighing nearly 300 pounds and estimated to cost around $5,000, was reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On November 26th at 2:30PM, police responded to the 14300 block of Lindendale Rd in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM and 2:25PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear door which had been forced open. Jewelry, 2 gaming console with related games and equipment, 3 cameras, and other property valued around $4,500, in addition to an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, was reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On November 29th at 5:50PM, police responded to the 2100 block of Sentry Falls Way in Woodbridge (22191) for an accidental shooting call. The investigation revealed that the accused was visiting a friend’s apartment in the above area when he began handling a handgun. While holding the handgun, he fired a round which entered an adjacent, unoccupied apartment. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
