**INCIDENTS**
Residential Burglary – On November 28th at 5:28PM, police responded to the 2700 block of McGuffey Ct in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:30AM and 4:30PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a basement level door which had been forced open. Jewelry, a laptop, an iPod and a handgun, valued around $11,600, were reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On November 28th at 5:15PM, police responded to the 15100 block of Cloverdale Dr in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM and 3:30PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unlocked basement level window. Jewelry, a camera, 2 laptops and other items, valued around $3,100, were reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On November 28th at 4:23PM, police responded to the 13000 block of Thorpe Park Ct in Bristow (20136) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:00PM on November 27th and 5:00AM on November 28th. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made into an attached garage by unknown means. Two vehicles parked in the garage where rummaged through. An iPod and other property, valued around $400, were reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On November 26th at 5:08PM, police responded to the 14200 block of Fallbrook Ln in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 1:00PM on October 8th and 1:00PM on November 26th. Entry appeared to have been made into an attached storage room on the residence through a door which had been forced open. No items were reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Child Endangerment/Neglect – On November 28th, detectives from the Physical Abuse Unit, in conjunction with Child Protective Services, conducted an investigation into allegations that drug use was potentially going on at an address in the 6200 block of Gwendolyn Dr in Manassas (20112) in the presence of children. During the investigation, detectives determined that the accused had drug paraphernalia, including several syringes, in the residence which his children, two 13 year old boys, could easily access. Detectives further learned that the accused was using heroin. Neither child was injured. Detectives from the Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at the residence. Following the investigation, the accused was charged.

Christopher Alan YEARY, 35, of the 6200 block of Gwendolyn Dr in Manassas
Charged with 2 counts of child endangerment/neglect and possession of a schedule I or II narcotic [heroin]
Court date unavailable, held WITHOUT bond
Assault & Battery on Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On November 28th at 11:15PM, a Prince William County police officer stopped a vehicle in the area of the Prince William Pkwy and Reids Prospect Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for suspicions of DUI. It was determined that the accused was had been operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. As the officers were attempting to take the vehicle’s driver, the accused, into custody, he actively resisted. At one point, the accused head-butted one of the officers causing minor injuries. The accused was eventually detained. As officers were checking the vehicle, a handgun was located.

Nicholas Jack GRZEGOZEWSKI, 31, of 4411 Halleck Tr in Woodbridge
Charged with assault & battery on LEO, resisting arrest, DUI 2nd in 10 years, unreasonable refusal of breath test, and possession of a firearm while intoxicated

Assault & Battery on Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On November 27th at 5:28AM, police responded to the 10100 block of Parkside Dr in Manassas (20109) for a domestic. The victim, a 22 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim. The victim sustained minor injuries. The accused was subsequently arrested and, while being transported to the Adult Detention Center, she became disorderly and unlatched her seatbelt. The accused then kicked the window of the cruiser multiple times causing it to become dislodged. The officer stopped the cruiser in the area of Sudley Rd and Digges Rd to re-secure the accused. At that point, she was able to get a hand out of the handcuffs and assaulted the officer. Additional officers arrived and were able to detain the accused without further incident.

Samantha Alicia MIRRO, 21, of 29 Ringwood Rd in Nokesville
Charged with assault and battery on LEO, domestic assault & battery, destruction of property and resisting arrest
