Strong Armed Robbery *ADDITIONAL ARREST – On November 23rd, detectives were able to identify and arrest the second suspect involved in the robbery which was reported to have occurred in the 2200 block of Turnbuckle Ln in Woodbridge on November 14th. This suspect was not connected to the Grist Mill robbery detailed below.
Arrested on November 23rd:
Donquiz Markies HOSKINS, 19, of 4706 Korvette Dr in Woodbridge
      Charged with robbery and assault & battery
Court date set for December 28, 2012, bond information unavailable  

Strong Armed Robbery (Previously Released) *NEW AND CORRECTED DETAILS
On November 14th at 7:22PM, police responded to the 2200 block of Turnbuckle Ln in Woodbridge (22191) for a robbery. The victim, an 18 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he made arrangements on Facebook to meet an unknown man, later identified as the accused, in the above area to sell two pairs of shoes.  Once there, the accused, and another unknown man, grabbed the sneakers and attempted to run away. The victim then attempted to grab the shoes back resulting in a struggle. At that point, the second man came back and assaulted the victim. Following the assault, both men fled the scene. Minor injuries were reported. The shoes were valued around $320. During the investigation, detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify the accused who was arrested without incident. *Detectives also learned that the accused was also responsible for a robbery which was reported to have occurred in the 15200 block of Grist Mill Tr on September 9th. The investigation continues into the identification and arrest of the second suspect in that incident.

Strong Armed Robbery (Previously Released) – On September 9th at 11:02PM, police responded to the 15200 block of Grist Mill Tr in Woodbridge (22191) for a robbery. The victims, a 19 year old man and 20 year old man – both of Burke, reported to police that they made arrangements to meet an unknown man in the area above to sell a pair of shoes. Once there, the victims were approached by 2 unknown men. The men assaulted both victims and took the shoes, valued around $225, before fleeing the area on foot. Minor injuries were reported.

**ARRESTS**

Crash – Fatality – On November 22nd at 10:32PM, police responded to the 8500 block of Yorkshire Ln in Manassas (20111) for a single vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that the driver of a 2003 Chevy S-10 was traveling westbound on Yorkshire Ln at a high rate of speed when the vehicle left the roadway, crossed into a ditch and rolled over. The front seat passenger was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle had to be extracted and was flown to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The passenger sustained serious injuries and was also transported to an area hospital where he died. The driver, the accused, was determined to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. No other passengers were in the vehicle. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. Additional charges may be place against the accused following consultation with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office.

**INCIDENTS**

Indecent Exposure – On November 21st at 12:46PM, police responded to the area of Maryland Ave and Enterprise Ln in Woodbridge (22191) for an indecent exposure. The victims, both 16 year old females of Woodbridge, reported to police that they were walking in the area above when they observed an unknown male exit a red, newer vehicle and expose himself. After exposing himself, the suspect reentered his vehicle and fled the scene. The victims were unable to provide police with a description of the male other than noting that he was a younger looking, light skinned male.

Commercial Burglary – On November 22nd at 2:56AM, police responded to the AT&T Wireless Jungle located at 12423 Hedges Run Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for an alarm. Officers arrived at the location and discovered that the front glass door had been broken out. A perimeter was established around the area and a police K-9 was utilized in the search of the potential suspect(s). No one was located. Five cell phones, valued around $3,100, were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 21st at 5:33PM, police responded to the 5400 block of Quaint Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 11:00AM and 4:00PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. An iPod and an iPod docking unit, valued around $650, were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 20th at 4:18PM, police responded to the 14200 block of Princedale Dr in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:00AM and 4:18PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Jewelry, valued around $2,100, in addition to, an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 19th at 3:42PM, police responded to the 4400 block of Edsall Dr in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:30AM and 3:20PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a kitchen window which had been broken out. A laptop, 2 gaming consoles, 2 TV’s, a stereo and other smaller electronics, valued around $5,400, were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 19th at 2:16PM, police responded to the 13800 block of Delaney Rd in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that at around 11:15AM, she heard several knocks at her front door. The homeowner looked out her front door and observed an unknown male, at which point, the homeowner did not open the door. Shortly thereafter, the homeowner was on an upper floor of the residence and heard the sliding glass door open. Upon investigating the noise, the homeowner observed a shadow and went to a separate room. Later, the homeowner attempted to locate her cell phone, valued around $145, but could not find it. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. The sliding glass door had been left unsecured.
