Aggravated Sexual Battery – On November 10th at 12:41AM, detectives from the Special Victim’s Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in the 2700 block of Sugar Pine Ct in Woodbridge (22192). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 12 year old girl, awoke to the accused, a known acquaintance, sexually assaulting her. The victim was able to go to a neighbor’s house where police were contacted. Following the investigation, the accused was subsequently arrested.

Sexual Battery – On November 8th at 6:40PM, police responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in the 2200 block of Horner Rd in Woodbridge (22191). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 17 year old female of Woodbridge, gave the accused, a known acquaintance, a ride to his residence in the above area. Once in front of the residence, the accused sexually assaulted the victim before exiting the vehicle. The victim returned to her own residence where police were contacted. Following the investigation, the accused was subsequently arrested.

Malicious Wounding – On November 9th at 8:19PM, police responded to the 13000 block of Kolman Ct in Woodbridge (22192) for a stabbing. The victim, a 23 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and the accused, a, known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation inside the residence which escalated. During the encounter, the accused stabbed the victim in the upper body. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Following the investigation, the accused was subsequently arrested.

Charged with malicious wounding and destruction of property

Abduction – On November 9th at 3:59PM, police responded to the 3400 block of Castle Hill Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an abduction. The victim, an 18 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was at the residence of the accused, a known acquaintance, in the above area when the two became involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the victim attempted to leave the residence twice, however, both times, the accused blocked the door preventing her from leaving. The victim was able to use her phone to contact a friend who called police. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was subsequently arrested.

**INCIDENTS**
Armed Robbery – On November 9th at 6:51PM, police responded to the 17900 block of Dumfries Shopping Plz in Dumfries (22026) for a robbery. The victims, a 14 year old male of Triangle and a 14 year old male of Dumfries, reported to police that they were walking in the area above when they were approached by a group of about 6 or 7 unknown men. The group assaulted both victims and demanded money. At one point, one of the men displayed a BB gun and began firing at the victims. The group took a pair of shoes from the 14 year old victim of Triangle before fleeing the area. Minor injuries were reported.

The group of assailants consisted of all black males, between 15 & 25 years of age
All were last seen wearing dark colored clothing
Attempted Armed Robbery – On November 9th at 7:32PM, police responded to the 18100 block of Purvis Dr in Triangle (22172) for an attempted robbery. The victim, a 28 year old man of Triangle, reported to police that he was walking in the area above when he was approached by a group of unknown men. One of the men displayed a handgun and demanded money. During the encounter, the gun was accidently discharged revealing that the handgun was actually a BB gun. At that point, the group fled the area on foot. No injuries were reported and no property was taken. The victim was only able to describe the suspect with the BB gun. This incident is possibly related to the robbery reported above from the 17900 block of Dumfries Shopping Plz in Dumfries.

Assault by Mob – On November 9th at 3:22PM, police responded to the 18000 block of Purvis Dr in Triangle (22172) for an assault. The victim, an 11 year old boy of Triangle, reported to police that he was walking home when he was approached by 3 unknown male juveniles. Two of the males assaulted the victim before being chased to his residence. Once there, the group encountered a family member of the victim, a 29 year old woman, who attempted to intervene. One of the males pushed past her and grabbed the victim, throwing him to the ground. Following the encounter, the males ran from the area. Minor injuries were reported.

Residential Burglary – On November 11th at 7:00PM, police responded to the 12600 block of Tadworth Pl in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 2:30PM and 3:30PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unlocked door. An undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On November 10th at 8:51PM, police responded to the 14400 block of Simmons Ln in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 3:00PM and 8:51PM. Entry appeared to have been made through the front door which had been forced open. A TV, iPhone and jewelry, valued around $3,500, in addition to, an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On November 10th at 6:56PM, police responded to the 12000 block of Stallion Ct in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police that he arrived home and entered his residence where he encountered an unknown masked man in his basement. The man assaulted the victim before fleeing the residence on foot. Minor injuries were reported. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unlocked door. No property was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 9th at 8:00PM, police responded to the 18100 block of Kilmer Ln in Triangle (22172) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:00AM and 7:45PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. It is unknown how entry was made into the residence. A TV, laptop and laptop bag, valued around $950, were reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On November 9th at 6:33PM, police responded to the 3000 block of Choctaw Ridge Ct in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM and 6:30PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unlocked rear basement door. A camera, jewelry, iPad, laptop and a gaming console, valued around $6,800, were reported missing.
