PWC Development Services to open at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 27

The PW Department of Development Services’ Building Construction Services Plan Intake and Permit counters will open at 9:30 a.m., on Wednesday, July 27, due to mandatory staff training. Counters will return to normal hours of operation on Thursday, July 28.

All Development Services counters (Permits, Plan Intake, Land Development, and Zoning) are closed on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 8 to 9 a.m., for division-wide staff meetings. Please make note of these business hours in case you need to visit the building to speak with a member of staff in person.

A permit is required for all projects to construct, enlarge, alter, remove, repair a building, or change occupancy load, or any outside area being used as part of the building’s designated occupancy, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair or remove any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, which are regulated by codes.
