PW Police investigate pizza parlor robbery, aggravated sexual battery and felony child neglect

**INCIDENTS**

Armed Robbery – On May 2 at 11:45PM, officers responded to the Papa Johns located at 13560 Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the business, brandished a handgun and demanded money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the business on foot. A police K-9 searched for the suspect who was not located. No injuries were reported.
Suspect Description:
White male, unknown age, 6’3”, 170lbs with a thin build
Last seen wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, black pants and a black t-shirt wrapped around face

**ARRESTS**

Aggravated Sexual Battery – On March 21, detectives from the Special Victims Bureau began an investigation into a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in Woodbridge (22193). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 12-year-old girl, was sexually assaulted by the accused, an acquaintance, on more than one occasion between May and June of 2015. The victim disclosed the incidents to a school counselor in March of 2017 prompting the police investigation. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Oscar Alexander TREJO AMAYA, was located and arrested.

Felony Child Neglect – On May 2 at 4:07PM, officers responded to the 8300 block of Sinclair Mill Rd in Manassas (20112) to investigate a child neglect. The caller reported to police that she was driving in the above area when she saw two young children playing in the street unsupervised. The caller further reported that the mother of the children, identified as the accused, drove by the location approximately 45 minutes after the caller located the children. When officers arrived, the children were already with the mother who was no longer on scene. Officers went to the residence on Jill Brenda Ct to check on the children’s welfare. When officers arrived, they found the residence unsecured and no one inside. The home also appeared in disarray. The accused and the children arrived at the residence a short time later. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Traci Michelle SHARP, was arrested.
