Master Police Officer Renee Carr, public information officer with the Prince William County Police Department, reported the following recent Incidents:
Armed Robbery – On Sunday, Dec. 13 at 1:31AM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 11171 Balls Ford Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. An employee of the business reported to police that an unknown masked man entered the store and approached the counter. The suspect brandished a firearm before going behind the counter and demanding money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported.
Suspect Description:
A light-skinned black male, approximately 5’8” and 160lbs.
Last seen wearing a dark-colored mask, a dark-colored jacket, dark-blue gloves, dark-colored pants, and shoes
Commercial Burglary – On Friday, Dec. 11 at 9:05AM, officers responded to Sonic Soft Car Wash located at 14109 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. An employee reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 12:30AM and 3:20AM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through the front door which was found unsecured. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.
