PW Police arrest suspect in commercial burglaries on Lomond Drive

Commercial Burglaries *UPDATE –
On Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022 detectives with the Prince William County Police Department’s Property Crimes Unit concluded an investigation into the two burglaries that were reported to have occurred at La Moda Hair Salon and El Mejor Supermercado located at 10540 Lomond Dr. in Manassas (20109) on Jan. 25. During the investigation, detectives identified the suspect as Andy Rolando SEVILLA-MARTINEZ. While investigating, detectives also determined the accused was involved in a third burglary that was previously reported to have occurred at El Cigarito 2 located at 10611 Lomond Dr. on January 24. Following the investigations, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the accused who was served while at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center where he is currently incarcerated on unrelated charges.

Andy Rolando SEVILLA-MARTINEZ, 22, of 10105 Irongate Way in Manassas
Charged with 3 counts of burglary, 2 count of grand larceny, 1 count of larceny with intent to sell, 5 counts of obtaining money by false pretenses and 1 count of petit larceny

Commercial Burglary [Previously Released] – On January 26, 2022 at 10:00AM, officers responded to the La Moda Hair Salon located at 10540 Lomond Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. Surveillance footage revealed that at approximately 8:39PM on January 25, an unknown man broke a window to the business to gain entry. While inside the location, the suspect gained entry into connecting businesses, El Mejor Supermercado and Mega Giros. The suspect was observed rummaging through the businesses and taking money from the cash registers before leaving. Jewelry and an undisclosed amount of money were reported missing.

Commercial Burglary [Previously Released] – On January 24 at 9:08AM, officers responded to El Gicarito 2 located at 10611 Lomond Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. An employee of the business reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 2:30AM and 6:00AM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through a window which was found damaged. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.
