Public’s help asked in finding missing, endangered adult
MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT: The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing, endangered adult, Delores Carter.
The investigation revealed that Ms. Carter was last seen at her residence located in the 7900 block of Rebel Walk Dr in Manassas on July 18 around 8:30AM.
Ms. Carter is believed to have left the area voluntarily and may be in need of assistance which qualifies her as being endangered. Anyone with information on Ms. Carter whereabouts is asked to call police at 703-792-6500.
Delores Carter is described as a light skinned black female, 75 years of age, 5’1”, 160lbs with short black hair and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a blue, white, and tan striped shirt, blue pants, and possibly a blue jacket
