Prince William Police investigate homicide in Dale City
Homicide Investigation- On May 4th at 8:49PM, officers responded to the 14000 block of Darbydale Ave to investigate a shooting. When officers arrived on scene, it was determined that the victim had been transported from the scene to a nearby shopping center, according to Off. Steven Mattos Jr., spokesman for Prince William County Police Department.
The victim, a male who was suffering from a gunshot wound, was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation continues and additional information will be released once it is made available.
