**UPDATES**
Shooting into a Residential Dwelling *ARREST – On November 15, detectives from the Gang Unit identified the suspect involved in the shooting which occurred in the 7900 block of Community Dr in Manassas on October 12. During this incident, two homes and a vehicle were struck. No injuries were reported. The investigation revealed that the accused, identified as Marlon Edinilson ARGUETA-FLORES, fired multiple shots while driving a vehicle in the above area. The accused was targeting a home in that area due to an occupant of the residence allegedly being a member of a rival gang. The accused was identified as a member of the criminal gang Mara Salvatrucha, commonly known as MS13, and is currently incarcerated from a previous arrest on November 9 in regard to the murder of Edwin Ivan Chicas which occurred on Quail Run Ln in Manassas on October 29. Following the investigation, detectives charged ARGUETA-FLORES in connection to this investigation. Additional charges are expected.

Shooting into a Residential Dwelling [Previously Released] – On October 12 at 8:26PM, officers responded to the 7900 block of Community Dr in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shots fired call. The caller reported to police that several gunshots were heard in the area shortly before police arrived. Officers were able to determine that one vehicle was struck as well as two residences. Several shell casings were recovered from the scene. No injuries or other property damage were reported. There are no known suspects at this time.
Attempted Malicious Wounding *ARREST – On November 15, the accused, identified as Lee O’Neal DICKERSON, who was wanted in connection to a shooting which occurred at an apartment located in the 14300 block of Westminister Ln in Woodbridge on October 23, was arrested. The accused turned himself police without incident.

Attempted Malicious Wounding *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED [Previously Released] – On November 4, detectives from the Robbery Unit obtained arrest warrants for the suspect, identified as Lee O’Neal DICKERSON, who was involved in the shooting which occurred in the 14300 block of Westminister Ln in Woodbridge on October 23. Attempts to located this suspect have been unsuccessful.
Attempted Malicious Wounding [Previously Released] – On October 23 at 7:45PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 14300 block of Westminister Ln in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shooting. When officers arrived on scene, they located the suspect, identified as a 33-year-old man of Woodbridge, inside the apartment suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body. The investigation revealed that this individual was involved in a verbal argument with the victim, identified as a 35-year-old man of Florida. After the argument, the victim attempted to leave the apartment and was followed by the suspect. The victim retrieved a wooden board to defend himself, at which point, the suspect went to the bedroom and retrieved a handgun which he then shot towards the victim. The victim was not struck and a struggle ensued. During the altercation, the handgun discharged striking the suspect in the upper body. The suspect was flown to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to survive. All parties remained on scene and were questioned. Charges are pending. The investigation continues.
**ARRESTS**
Strangulation | Domestic Assault and Battery – On November 14 at 11:37PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14300 block of Berkshire Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 28-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused pushed the victim against a wall. At one point, the accused placed both hands around the victim’s neck and applied pressure. The parties eventually separated and the victim contacted police. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Jamelle Monterio BOONE, was arrested without further incident.
