Prince William libraries to survey customer satisfaction
The Prince William Public Library System would like to know how satisfied its customers are with library services and whether users are aware of the many services it offers.
The brief eight question survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and will help the Library System assess customer satisfaction and awareness of library services.
The survey will be available on the Library System’s website (http://www.pwcgov.org/library) as well as the Library System’s Facebook site (http://www.facebook.com/PrinceWilliamPublicLibraries) Jan. 5-24.
All questions are optional so users may answer as many, or as few, as they wish! The survey is open to residents of all ages. The Library System thanks its patrons for their time in completing the survey and for their comments!
