On Friday, May 5 at 10 a.m., Prince William County VA Department of Fire and Rescue held its graduation ceremony for Recruit Class 2016-3 at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas, according to a news release. Battalion Chief Chris Granger presided over the ceremony.
Class 2016-3 consisted of 24 Fire and Rescue Technicians who successfully completed 28 weeks of rigorous academic and physical training at the Department’s Public Safety Training Center in Nokesville, VA.
Each student received more than 1,200 hours of training. The training consisted of one week of Orientation & Administrative Training, seven weeks of Emergency Medical Technician Training, 14 weeks of Fire Training, and five weeks of Specialized Training.

Ewan L. Baird, Timothy J. Heard, Martin J. Moskat, Josue R. Cuadra, Nicholas O. Hendon, Wesley A. Nation, Louis D. DeRamus IV, Chelsea L. King and Michael B. Oliver.
Also, Samuel J. Field. Michael B. Kleitz, Davi M. Ramos-Allen, Samantha L. Forsyth, Jason C. Kolbas, Michael S. Shatzer, Danny E. Gallardo, Russell W. Lane, Jr. and Gregory M. Stutzer.
