**INCIDENTS**

Assault by Mob – On March 15th at 12:01AM, officers responded to the Boys & Girls Club located at 5070 Dale Blvd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 16 year old male juvenile of Woodbridge, reported to police that he went to the center to attend a party. At one point, the victim was waiting at a table inside the center when he was approached by an unknown male suspect. During the encounter, the suspect asked the victim to come outside with him. Once outside, the victim was surrounded by a group of other male suspects and assaulted. The group of suspects dispersed prior to officers arriving in the area. Minor injuries were reported. The victim was unable to describe the assailants.

Residential Burglary – On March 15th at 12:50AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13700 block of Mayfair Cr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:15AM on March 14th and 12:30AM on March 15th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through a basement level window which was found damaged. Jewelry, two laptops, a handgun and an undisclosed amount of money were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On March 14th at 8:00AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4500 block of Eastlawn Ave in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 3:00PM and 8:00PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Medications and a jewelry box were reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On March 14th at 11:00PM, a Prince William County police officer stopped a vehicle in the area of Redwing Dr and Whittier Lp in Woodbridge (22193) for a traffic offense. As a result of the stop, the driver was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. During the encounter, a passenger in the vehicle, identified as the accused, became agitated and pushed one of the officers at the scene. The accused further attempted to strike the officer in the face. When officers tried to detain the accused, she actively resisted and continued to make attempts to strike the officers. No contact was made and no injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Deeana GARCIA, 23, of 4479 Torrence Pl in Woodbridge
Charged with assault & battery on a LEO, resisting arrest and intoxication in public
Court date: April 23, 2015 | Bond: held WITHOUT bond

Residential Burglary – On March 14th at 11:04PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 5400 block of Quinn Ln in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that she was inside her residence when she heard her front doorbell ring. When the homeowner answered the door, she observed an unknown man who requested to enter her residence. The homeowner did not know the man and refused. As the homeowner closed the door, the man attempted to forcibly enter the home causing damage to the door frame. A passerby observed the confrontation and attempted to remove the man from the home. The homeowner immediately called police and located the suspect a few houses down from the caller’s residence. The suspect was identified as the accused and was arrested without further incident. The accused was determined to be under the influence of an unknown narcotic.
Arrested on March 14th:
John Robert BRADSHAW, 20, of 13218 Quate Ln in Woodbridge
Charged with burglary, destruction of property and intoxication in public
Court date: April 23, 2015 | Bond: $10,000 secured

Narcotics Investigation – On March 13th, detectives from the Street Crimes Unit concluded a narcotics investigation involving the distribution of suspected cocaine with the execution of a search warrant at 1928 Mariner Ln in Woodbridge (22192). As a result of the search, cocaine, marijuana, money and evidence of distribution were recovered. The following arrest was also made without incident.
Arrested on March 13th:
Jeffrey Michael CASH, 32, of 1928 Mariner Ln in Woodbridge
Charged with distribution of a schedule I or II narcotic, possess of a scheduled I or II narcotic and possession with intent to distribute marijuana
