• Indecent Exposure *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED –
On July 22, 2022 Prince William County Police officers identified the suspect sought in connection to the indecent exposure that occurred at the Lowe’s located at 13720 Smoketown Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) on July 8, 2022. Following the investigation, officers obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect, identified as Alvin Jerome SPRUILL. Attempts to locate the suspect have been successful.
Wanted:
Alvin Jerome SPRUILL, 59, of no fixed address
Described as a black male, 5’9”, 180lbs, bald with brown eyes
Wanted for indecent exposure
Indecent Exposure [Previously Released] – On July 8 at 11:49AM, officers responded to the Lowe’s located at 13720 Smoketown Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed a male patron was observed inside the store exposing himself and making inappropriate gestures. At one point during the incident, other patrons entered the aisle with the suspect who quickly walked away and then exited the store. At no time was contact made between the suspect and employees or other customers.

INCIDENTS
• Strong-Arm Robbery –
On July 25, 2022 at 10:15PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Coverstone Dr and Ashton Ave in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed a 17-year-old male juvenile, and his 15-year-old brother, left a residence on Camfield Ct and separated before the older juvenile was confronted by two male suspects. During the encounter, the suspects grabbed the juvenile’s backpack containing miscellaneous items before forcing him to the ground where he was then assaulted. After the altercation, the suspects fled on foot with the juvenile’s property. The juvenile was eventually located by police at a nearby business where he was found to have sustained a minor injury to his leg. The younger brother also approached officers during their investigation. Neither juvenile was forthcoming to officers about what occurred leading up to the altercation and did not provide police with information on the suspects.

ARRESTS
• Aggravated Sexual Battery –
On July 25, 2022 detectives with the Prince William County Police Department’s Special Victims Bureau concluded an investigation into a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the Woodbridge (22191) area of Prince William County sometime during the summer months of 2018. The investigation revealed the female victim, who was approximately 12 years of age at the time of the offenses was sexually assaulted by a family acquaintance, identified as the accused, during the above timeframe. The incident was recently disclosed and reported to police prompting the investigation. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Jose Luis LOPEZ, was arrested.

Charged with 2 counts of aggravated sexual battery

• Strangulation | Domestic Related – On July 25, 2022 at 4:25PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 16200 block of Jetty Lp in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed the victim, a 41-year-old woman, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed the victim’s neck where he then chocked her until she lost consciousness. The parties eventually separated, and police were contacted. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Candies Victor WHEELER, was arrested.

Charged with strangulation and domestic assault & battery
Court Date: Pending | Bond: $2,500 secured
