**INCIDENTS**

Attempted Residential Burglary- On September 21st at 3:20PM, officers responded to the 5300 block of Macwood Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary in progress. The resident, a 16 year old juvenile male of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was inside the residence when he heard noises coming from the basement. The resident went to investigate and observed four individuals at his basement door attempting to gain entry into the residence. The subjects fled the area on foot prior to police arrival on scene. There was damage located to the basement door but entry had not been made. A police K9 was used to search for the suspects but they were not located.
Suspect Description:
Four black males wearing all black with masks covering their faces

Commercial Burglary- On September 22nd at 1:53PM, officers responded to the 14100 block of Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The victim, a 45 year old man of Woodbridge, reported that between July 30th at 1:00AM and July 31st at 12:00AM, an unknown person made entry into a storage unit that was rented by the victim. Miscellaneous electronics and clothing were reporting missing. There is currently no suspect description as of this time.

**ARRESTS**

Attempted Burglary While Armed- On September 23 at approximately 12:30AM, officers responded to the 1300 block of East Longview Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an attempted burglary. The victim reported to police that he was leaving his residence when he observed two subjects who attempted to enter his residence armed with a gun. The victim was able to prevent the suspects from gaining entry inside the residence. The suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival. A police K9 was used to search for the suspects. There were no injuries reported. During the investigation, narcotics were located inside the residence of the victim. Detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence which was executed without incident. Packaging material, marijuana, a large sum of money, and evidence of distribution were located during the search. The resident, later identified as the accused, was arrested without incident. This incident was not random. The attempted burglary is still under investigation.
Suspect description from the attempted burglary:
Suspect #1 is described as a black male between 20 & 30 years of age, 6’0’’, and 200lbs. Last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt with dark colored pants and a black bandana covering part of his face [armed suspect]

Suspect #2 is described as a black male between 20 & 30 years of age, 6’0’’, and 170lbs. Last seen wearing dark colored pants and sweatshirt with a black bandana covering part of his face [unknown if armed]

Arrested on September 23rd:
Leonardo Bobby TAYLOR, 22, of the 1300 block of East Longview Dr. in Woodbridge
Charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana
Court Date: November 20,2015 | Status: Held without bond

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] -On September 21st at 1:11AM, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Mount Pleasant Dr and Bayside Ave in Woodbridge (22191) for a traffic related offense. The officer made contact with the driver, who was identified as the accused. During the investigation, the driver was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. During a search of the accused by the officer, the suspect assaulted the officer causing minor injuries.

Mycal Chantel MCNEIL,23, of 5931 Plumwood Ln. in Woodbridge, Virginia
Charged with assault & battery on a LEO and driving under the influence

Strong Armed Robbery - On September 22 at 7:18PM, officers responded to the 14400 block of Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a strong armed robbery. The victim, a 46 year old man of Dumfries, reported that he was approached by a subject, later identified as the accused, who pushed and threatened him. The accused demanded the victim’s property at which point, the victim gave the suspect his shoes. Officers located the accused in the area and he was arrested without incident. There were no injuries reported and the property was recovered.

Jesus Raul Antonio PANIAGUA-IRAHETA, 23, of no fixed address
Charged with robbery

Abduction | Sexual Assault- On September 20th at 7:16PM, officers responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence 3900 block of Orange St in Triangle (22172). The victim, a 23 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported that on September 20th at approximately 6:00PM, she was at the residence of the accused, a known acquaintance. While inside the residence, the accused refused to let the victim leave and at one point, physically prevented her from doing so. During the altercation, the accused sexually assaulted the victim. Following the investigation, officers located the accused in the area of Orange St and determined that he was under the influence of alcohol. The accused was subsequently arrested without incident. There were no injuries reported.
Arrested on September 20th:
Francisco Fernando PINEDA, 27, of the 3900 block of Orange St in Triangle, Virginia
Charged with abduction, sexual assault, and intoxication in public
Court Date: Pending| Bond: Held without bond

Malicious Wounding - On September 19th at 3:30AM, officers responded to Prince William Hospital in Manassas (20110) to investigate a stabbing. The victim, a 37 year old man of Manassas, reported that on September 19th at approximately 2:20AM, he was involved in an argument with a family member at a residence in the 9800 block of Dochart Sound Ln in Bristow (20136). During the altercation, the accused stabbed the victim in the upper body. Following the investigation, detectives obtained a warrant for the accused. On September 23rd, the accused turned himself in to police and was arrested without incident.

Raymond Maurice DARBY, 34, of 12569 Plymouth Ct in Woodbridge
Charged with malicious wounding
