**INCIDENTS**
Armed Robbery – On November 13th at 7:22PM, officers responded to Fast Auto Loans located at 14496 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that she closed the business for the night and was in her vehicle in the parking lot when an unknown man opened the passenger side door and got inside the vehicle. Once inside the vehicle, the man displayed a handgun and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing. No injuries were reported.
Suspect Description:
Male, unknown race, between 18 & 30 years of age, 5’9”-6’0”, 150-180lbs, with a medium build
Last seen wearing all dark clothing, including a mask
Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On November 15th at 2:20PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4100 block of Widebranch Ln in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a destruction of property call. The homeowner reported to police that a bullet hole was discovered in the side of the residence. The bullet did not enter the home and no injuries were reported. The bullet struck the siding of the home and was recovered. The incident reportedly occurred sometime between October 25th and November 15th.
Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On November 15th at 2:48AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 19200 block of Potomac Crest Dr in Triangle (22172) to investigate a shots fired call. The homeowner reported to police that a large party was going on at the residence when a fight broke out. The altercation moved outside of the home where shots were fired by an unknown person. The shooter was not seen. No injuries or property damage were reported.
Residential Burglary – On November 12th at 10:18PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 10300 block of Launch Cir in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that around 9:50AM, a noise was heard coming from the living room area of the residence. Upon exiting an interior room, the resident observed an unknown man standing in the living room. Upon being seen, the man fled the apartment. No further interaction occurred and property was reported missing.

White male, between 30 & 35 years of age, 5’9”, 160lbs with a medium build
Last seen wearing a gray pullover hooded sweatshirt, jeans, gray shoes, gloves and a backpack
Attempted Commercial Burglary – On November 13th at 11:38AM, officers responded to NOVA Orthopedic Specialist located at 15195 Heathcote Blvd in Haymarket (20169) to investigate an attempted burglary. Staff members reported to police that sometime between 5:00PM on November 11th and 8:00AM on November 12th, entry was attempted into the business through an office door which was found damaged. No entry was made into the business and no property was reported missing.
Attempted Residential Burglary – On November 12th at 8:17AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 16900 block of Old Stage Rd in Dumfries (22025) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that around 7:00AM, a noise was heard coming from the dining room area of the residence. The homeowner then observed an unknown person flee from an exterior window. No entry was made into the home and no property was reported missing. The homeowner was unable to describe the potential intruder.
**ARRESTS**
Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On November 13th at 8:00PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4000 block of Forge Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 29 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused wrapped his arm around the victim’s neck. The victim’s 7 year old son attempted to intervene and was struck by the accused. The accused eventually let the victim go before assaulting her and leaving the residence. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was located and arrested without further incident at his residence in the 14600 block of Earlham Ct.

Marquise Anthony Wayne HUGHES, 25, of 14642 Earlham Ct in Woodbridge
Charged with 1 count of strangulation and 2 counts of domestic assault & battery

Attempted Malicious Wounding – On November 15th at 4:40PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 200 block of Potomac Ave in the Town of Quantico (22134) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 53 year old man of Quantico, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a kitchen knife and made threatening motions towards the victim and another resident of the home. The parties eventually separated and police were contacted. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Anita Meshell LILLY-MANOR, 39, of 9507 Moores Creek Dr in Fredericksburg
Charged with 2 counts of attempted malicious wounding
