Armed Robbery – On March 19 at 3:36AM, officers responded to the BP service station located at 17400 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the store brandishing a firearm and demanding money. When the employees refused to hand over money, the suspect discharged one round toward the employees who were behind safety glass. The suspect left without taking any property then fled the area in a gold 4-door sedan. No injuries or property damage were reported. The investigation continues.
Suspect Description:
Black male, between 20 & 30 years of age, 5’07’’, 170lbs with a heavy build
Last seen wearing a black mask, black hooded jacket, blue jeans, a gold watch, gloves and black shoes
Armed Robbery – On March 18 at 8:19PM, officers responded to the 4300 block of Wabach Pl in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 27 year old man of Florida, reported to police that he met a man in the above area to purchase prescription medication. During the encounter, the man brandished a handgun and demanded money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported. This incident was not random. The investigation continues.

Strong Armed Robbery – On March 20 at 4:12AM, officers responded to the 13900 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 45 year old man of Dumfries, reported to police that he was in the above area when he was approached by a two unknown men. During the encounter, the suspects punched and kicked the victim before taking jewelry and a cell phone. The suspects fled the area in a blue van prior to police arrival. The victim was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. This incident was not random. The investigation continues.

Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On March 20 at 12:55AM, officers responded to the area of Ashdale Ave between Alliance Ln and Albany Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shots fired call. Multiple callers reported to police that gunshots were heard in the above area. Officers checked the area and located several shell casing along the roadway in the above area. No injuries or property damage were reported. The investigation continues.
Residential Burglary – On March 19 at 1:51PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 15700 block of Wakefield Ct in Haymarket (20169) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 12:00PM on March 14 and 12:00PM on March 19. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made into the home through an unsecured rear door. Money was reported missing.
Commercial Burglary – On March 14 at 1:52PM, officers responded to the All in One Moving and Storage located at 14920 Farm Creek Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The business owner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 4:00PM on March 12 and 7:00AM on March 14. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through a rear door which was found damaged. Two motorcycles were reported missing.
