Prince William County Police Department’s report of incidents and arrests on Thursday, July 28, 2016:
**INCIDENTS**
Shooting into Residential Dwellings– On July 27 at 7:14PM, officers responded to the 15100 block of Brickwood Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shots fired call. Upon further investigation, officers discovered that two apartments were damaged by bullets which were found lodged in the interior walls of the residences. Officers checked the area and located shell casings in the roadway. No injuries or no other property damage were reported. The investigation continues.
Residential Burglary – On July 27 at 9:34PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 15200 block of Leicestershire St in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that when he returned around 7:35PM, he saw two unknown men leaving through the front door. When he challenged the men, they fled the area on foot. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry. A computer, television, jewelry, and clothing were reported missing. The investigation continues.
Suspect Descriptions:
2 black males, unknown ages, 5’07” and 6’02” with dark complexions
Suspect 1 was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans
Suspect 2 was last seen wearing a long sleeve shirt and shorts
Residential Burglary – On July 27 at 9:26AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1400 block of Fawn Hollow Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:00PM on July 26 and 9:00AM on July 27. The investigation revealed that entry was made into an attached garage through a partially opened garage door. A lawn mower was reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Abduction – On July 26 at 9:05AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12200 block of Marlboro Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an assault. The victims, a 20-year-old woman and 38-year-old man both of Woodbridge, reported to police that they were involved in a verbal altercation with the accused, an acquaintance, which escalated. During the encounter, the accused punched the male victim in the face. When both the victims attempted to leave, the accused grabbed a bat and stood in front of a doorway preventing them from leaving. At some point, the accused grabbed a cell phone from the male victim and threw it to the ground breaking it. The victims were eventually able to contact the police who detained the accused without incident once they arrived. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Andrew Duncan THOMAS, 21, of 22066 Curtis Mill Ln in Richardsville
Charged with abduction, assault & battery and destruction of property

Felony Child Endangerment – On July 27 at 7:12PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 17600 block of Washington St in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a domestic dispute. The caller, a family member, reported to police that the accused had been drinking and was walking around while carrying the victim, a 10-month old girl. At some point, the accused fell causing the victim to hit her head on a cabinet. The child was not injured. When officers arrived, the accused was determined to be heavily intoxicated and transported to a local hospital for treatment. Following the investigation, officers arrested the accused without incident.

Charged with child endangerment
