Incidents and arrests released by Prince William County VA Police Department on Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
**INCIDENTS**
Armed Robbery – On July 11 at 11:00PM, officers responded to the Papa Johns located at 4814 Dale Blvd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the store displaying a knife and demanding money. The man took an undisclosed amount of money then fled the area on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects who were not located. The investigation continues.
Suspect Description:
White male, between 20 & 25 years of age, 5’08’’, 180lbs with a thin build and brown hair
Last seen wearing a blue long sleeve shirt with white stripes, grey shorts, and black shoes
Strong Armed Robbery – On July 9 at 6:06AM, officers responded to the 13500 block of Delaney Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 23 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was in the above area when he was approached by several acquaintances. During the encounter, the suspects pushed the victim to the ground and kicked him. The suspects took the victim’s cell phone and an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the area. Minor injuries were reported. This incident was not random. The investigation continues.
Residential Burglary – On July 11 at 11:56PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 1510 block of Tyler Cir in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. A resident reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:00AM and 11:45PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry. Entry is believed to have been made through an unlocked front door. A firearm and jewelry were reported missing.
Attempted Burglary to a School – On July 12 at 2:09AM, officers responded to Westridge Elementary School located at 12400 Knightsbridge Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an attempted burglary. School security reported to police that sometime between 6:00PM on July 11 and 2:09AM on July 12, entry was attempted into the school through a window which was found damaged. No entry was made and no property was reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Sexual Assault Investigation – On July 11, detectives with the Special Victim’s Bureau concluded an investigation of the accused, identified as Jordan KOLBINSKIE, who was arrested on June 9 following a proactive operation where undercover detectives used social media and an undisclosed online site to pose as underage juveniles. KOLBINSKIE was originally arrested for making arrangements to meet an undercover detective at a public location in Prince William County after soliciting sexual or indecent acts through electronic means. Following the arrest of KOLBINSKIE, a search warrant was subsequently executed on the cell phone of the accused. Upon an extensive search of the phone, detectives determined that the accused sexual assaulted a 9 year old female juvenile at a residence in Manassas in May. Following the investigation, detectives obtained additional warrants for the accused who was still incarcerated at the Adult Detention Center.

Jordan KOLBINSKIE, 23, of 9188 Landgreen St in Manassas
Charged with 1 count of object sexual penetration, 1 count of aggravated sexual battery, 2 counts of production of child pornography, 2 counts of possession of child pornography, 2 counts of unlawful filming, 1 count of attempted unlawful filming, and 1 count of indecent liberties by a custodian

Strong Armed Robbery – On July 11 at 9:24PM, officers responded to the 7200 block of Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 53 year old woman of Haymarket, reported to police that she was standing outside her vehicle getting gas when she was approached by an unknown man. During the encounter, the man removed jewelry and a wallet from the victim before fleeing the area on foot. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect who was located a short time later in a vehicle parked in the 10600 block of Automotive Dr and detained without incident. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Anthony Deandre GRIFFITH, 20, of an unknown address in Maryland
Charged with robbery

Malicious Wounding– On July 11 at 6:00PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12800 block of Dusty Willow Rd in Manassas (20112) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 52 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he and the accused, a family member, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim with a golf club. The parties eventually separated and the victim contacted police. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.

Matthew Ryan PIERPOINT, 27, of 12833 Dusty Willow Rd in Manassas
Charged with malicious wounding

Malicious Wounding– On July 11 at 9:00AM, officers responded to the 17900 block of Colonial Port Rd in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a pedestrian struck. The investigation revealed that the accused was involved in a verbal altercation with an acquaintance in the above area. As the accused was driving away at a high rate of speed, she struck an unrelated man, a 55 year old man of Dumfries, pinning him between two cars. The accused remained at the scene until officers arrived. The victim was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Ana Silvia LOPEZ CANAS, 25, of 2926 Buell Ct in Dumfries
Charged with malicious wounding, reckless driving, and driving on a suspended license
Court Date: August 22, 2016 | Bond: Held on a $10,000 Secured Bond
