**UPDATES**
Residential Burglary *ARREST – On December 15th, detectives located and arrested without incident the second suspect, Alhagi CONTEH, who was wanted in connection to the burglary which occurred at a residence located in the 1700 block of Horner Rd in Woodbridge on December 14th.
Arrested on December 15th:
Alhagi Gassim CONTEH, 21, of 13671 Wasp Way in Woodbridge
Charged with burglary

Residential Burglary [Previously Released] – On December 14th at 1:20AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1700 block of Horner Rd in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary in progress. The victim, a 93 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that two unknown men had entered her residence and were walking around. Officer arrived and located one of the men still inside the house, identified as Cornell BOAT, and detained him without incident. The second suspect fled the area prior to police arrival and was not located. Detectives from the Property Crimes Unit were able to identify the second suspect as Alhagi CONTEH. Attempts to locate CONTEH have been unsuccessful. No injuries were reported and no property was reported missing. Following the investigation, BOAT was charged and warrants were obtained for the arrest of CONTEH.

**INCIDENTS**
Armed Robbery | Malicious Wounding – On December 15th at 9:00PM, officers responded to the 8000 block of McLean St in Manassas (20111) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 19 year old man of Oakton, reported to police that he was sitting in his vehicle in the above area when he was approached by two unknown males who brandished a firearm then demanded the victim get out of the vehicle. During the encounter, the victim was struck in the body several times then relieved of an undisclosed amount of money, a 9 week old brown pit bull puppy, cell phone, and keys. The suspects then fled in an unknown direction. The victim was transported to a local hospital with serious, non- life threatening injuries. A police K-9 and helicopter reported to search for the suspect who was not located. The investigation continues.
Suspect Descriptions:
Two black males, approximately 16 & 30 years of age, 5’9’’, 160lbs, with a medium build
Last seen wearing a black mask, black sweatshirt, and jeans
Strangulation | Abduction | Domestic Assault & Battery – On December 15th at 2:21AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 11000 block of Edgepark Cir in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic. The victim, a 23 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim in the face. When the victim attempted to flee, the accused pushed the victim back into the apartment and continued to assault her. At one point, the accused pushed the victim to the ground and began to choke her. The victim was eventually able to get away from the accused and contact police. The accused left the area prior to police arriving. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused.

Described as a black male, 5’8”, 150lbs with a thin build, medium complexion, black hair, brown eyes and a goatee
Wanted for strangulation¸ abduction, and domestic assault & battery
Residential Burglary – On December 15th at 4:54PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 5600 block of Sutter Ln in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:00AM and 4:45PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a rear basement window which was found damaged. A cell phone, jewelry, and several electronic devices were reported missing.
