**INCIDENTS**
Armed Robbery – On August 18th at 1:38AM, officers responded to the 7-11 located at 14820 Cloverdale Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. Employees reported to police that two unknown men entered the business and approached the counter. Once there, the men displayed firearms and demanded money. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the store on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects.
Suspect Descriptions:
Both suspects were white males – no further description
1st suspect was last seen wearing a black beanie cap, black t-shirt, gray pants, gray shoes, black gloves and a white cloth covering his face
2nd suspect was last seen wearing a white face mask, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and white shoes
Commercial Burglary – On August 17th at 9:37PM, officers responded to Prince William Soccer Inc. located at 14716 Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an alarm activation. Officers arrived at the location and discovered the front door was damaged and unlocked. The building was subsequently checked by officers. No property was reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On August 15th at 8:16PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12700 block of Gordon Blvd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:30AM and 8:00PM. The investigation revealed that there no signs of forced entry into the home. A cell phone was reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On August 17th at 12:36PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3600 block of Eagle Rock Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 21 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim and, at one point, began to choke her. The parties eventually separated and police were contacted. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Charged with strangulation, domestic assault & battery and obstruction of justice
