Incidents and arrests released on Thursday, August 13, 2015

**INCIDENTS**

Indecent Exposure - On August 12th at 6:34AM, officers responded to the 14300 block of Westminster Lane in Woodbridge (22193) in reference to an indecent exposure. The victim, a 48 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was in the area of Worchester Dr when she observed a subject exposing himself and making obscene gestures. The suspect left the area prior to police arrival and was last seen walking towards Minnieville Rd.
Suspect Description:
Black male between 17 and 25 years of age, 6’0’’, 180 lbs., black hair and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a black shirt and black basketball shorts

Burglary | Grand Larceny- On August 12th at 1:07PM, officers responded to Battlefield High School located at 15000 Graduation Drive in Haymarket (20169) in reference to a burglary. A staff member reported to police that sometime between August 6th at 3:10PM and August 7th at 10:00AM, entry was gained into one of the trailers on the school’s property. A generator was reported missing. There were no signs of forced entry into the trailer or suspect information.

**ARRESTS**

Indecent Exposure | Obscene Sexual Display- On August 10th at 3:08PM, officers responded to the Walmart located at 9401 Liberia Ave in Manassas (20110) in reference to an indecent exposure. An employee of the store reported to police that he had observed a subject, later identified as the accused, approach numerous women while inside the store and attempted to touch them. At one point, the accused exposed himself and made an obscene gesture towards a female customer. The accused fled the area prior to police arrival. Following the investigation, the accused was positively identified and arrested without incident on August 12th.

Keith Anare WILLIAMS, 42, OF 377 Mosby Ct. in Manassas Park, Virginia
Charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual display
Court Date: September 24th,2015 | Bond: held without bond

Strangulation- On August 12th at 4:12PM, officers responded to the 1300 block of East Longview Drive in Woodbridge (22191) in reference to a domestic dispute. The victim, a 21 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a family member, were involved in a verbal argument which escalated. During the altercation, the accused choked the victim. There were no injuries reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.

Ellissa Lynn PEYTON, 45, of the 1300 block of East Longview Dr. in Woodbridge      
Charged with strangulation

Indecent Exposure- On August 11th at 2:26PM, officers responded to the Walmart located at 9401 Liberia Ave in Manassas (20110) in reference to an indecent exposure. The victim, a 24 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was in the parking lot of the business when he observed a subject, later identified as the accused, expose himself. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.
