**INCIDENTS**
Sexual Assault – On August 22nd at 12:09AM, officers responded to investigate an assault which was reported to have occurred at the Wal-Mart located at 8386 Sudley Rd in Manassas (22109) around 11:38PM on August 21st. The victim, a 12 year old female juvenile of Manassas, reported to police that she was shopping inside the store when she was approached by an unknown man. During the encounter, the man inappropriately touched her over her clothing. Following the incident, the victim immediately notified a nearby citizen who contacted police. No further contact was made and no injuries were reported.
Suspect Description:
Hispanic male, 30-40 years of age with a thin build, light complexion, short black hair and a goatee
Last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and black and white Nike sneakers
Residential Burglary – On August 24th at 8:15PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 1800 block of Sugar Hill Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. A resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:30AM on August 21st and 6:30PM on August 24th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the apartment. A TV and set of window curtains were reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Armed Robbery – On August 26th at 12:30PM, officers responded to the 3300 block of Esquarre Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an attempted robbery. The victims, a 20 year old man of Woodbridge and a 17 year old male juvenile of Woodbridge, reported to police that they made arrangements via Facebook to meet two unknown male suspects in the above area to sell a pair of shoes. While the parties were conducting the transaction, both suspects displayed firearms and demanded the shoes. The victims were able to flee the area before any further contact was made. No property was taken and no injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects. A short time later, one of the suspects, identified as Ladarius BRYANT, was located in the area and arrested without incident. Following the investigation, the second suspect was identified as a 17 year old male juvenile of Woodbridge. The juvenile was subsequently located and arrested without incident.

Carnal Knowledge of a Child | Taking Indecent Liberties – On August 24th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred over multiple occasions since July of 2015. The investigation revealed that the victims, a 13 year old female juvenile and a 14 year old female juvenile, were sexually assaulted by both of the accused suspects below while they were voluntarily staying with them. All parties were known to one another. Following the investigation, both men were located and arrested.

Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On August 26th at 11:28PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 10500 block of Poagues Battery Dr in Bristow to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 23 year old woman of Bristow, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim by knocking her to the ground then strangled her with both hands. The parties eventually separated and police were contacted. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
