Aggravated Sexual Battery | Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle *Arrest - On September 3rd, members of the U.S. Marshals’ Fugitive Task Force located the suspect, Christopher Michael STATZER IV, who was involved in the aggravated sexual battery and unauthorized use of a vehicle which was reported to have occurred on August 9th. STATZER was arrested without incident in the 2200 block of 13th St in NE, Washington DC. STATZER will be held in Washington DC until extradited back to Virginia.

Aggravated Sexual Battery | Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle [Previously Released]  – On August 9th at 6:30AM, officers responded to the 17400 block of Isle Royal Terrace in Dumfries (22025) to investigate an unauthorized use of a vehicle. The caller reported to police that the accused, a known acquaintance, took his 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 without permission that morning. During the investigation, it was revealed that the accused sexually assaulted an 8 year old girl, a known acquaintance, while staying at an address on the 18900 block of White Oak Dr in Triangle (22172) at 1:30AM. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused.  Attempts to locate this suspect have been unsuccessful.

Described as a white male, 6’00’’, 150lbs with a thin build, bald, and blue eyes
Wanted for aggravated sexual battery, object sexual penetration, and unauthorized use of a vehicle
         
He is driving a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 black in color with flames and 22’’ chrome wheels with VA tags XFD5818.

**INCIDENTS**

Indecent Exposure -On September 2nd at 5:31PM, officers responded to the area of Aurora Dr and Adams St in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure. The victim, a 59 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he observed a physical altercation between an unknown man and woman outside his residence in the 14600 block of Ashdale Ave. When he attempted to intervene during the altercation, the male subject became verbally aggressive and at one point, exposed himself and made an obscene gesture directed towards the citizen. The man and woman left the area in a vehicle prior to police arrival and were not located.
Suspect Description:
Described as a Hispanic male, between 20 & 24 years of age, 5’10’’, and 180lbs
Last seen driving a black 2015 BMW with unknown temporary tags
