Incidents and arrests released by Prince William County Police on Monday, May 11, 2015
**INCIDENTS**
Malicious Wounding – On May 10th at 2:01AM, officers responded to the 15200 block of Crescent St in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shooting. The investigation revealed that the accused was involved in an altercation with a woman inside a vehicle which was parked in front of a residence in the above area. During the encounter, the victim, a 20 year old man of Woodbridge, and other acquaintances were walking by when they witnessed the incident. The victim attempted to intervene and was confronted the accused. At that point, the accused displayed a handgun and the victim was shot in the arm and leg before fleeing the area. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The victim and the suspect were not known to one another. Other witnesses to the incident were able to provide police with the identity of the suspect. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants for his arrest.

Described as a white male, 6’2”, 190lbs with a medium build, short black hair and numerous tattoos on his neck and arms
Wanted for malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
Armed Robbery | Residential Burglary – On May 10th at 10:13AM, officers responded to investigate a burglary which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 2600 block of Seville Cir in Woodbridge (22192) that afternoon around 12:30PM. The homeowner reported to police that he answered the door and was confronted by two unknown men, one of which was armed with a handgun. The men ordered their way into the home where they demanded money from the homeowner and another resident. The men fled the home on foot following the incident. No injuries were reported. The homeowner was unable to describe the intruders. This incident does not appear to be random.
Attempted Armed Robbery – On May 9th at 12:12AM, officers responded to the 8100 block of Community Dr in Manassas (20109) to investigate an attempted robbery. The victim, a 21 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was delivering a pizza to an address in the above area when he was approached by two masked men. The victim believed one of the suspects had a weapon. No property was taken and the suspects fled on foot. The home of the delivery was later determined to be a vacant residence. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects. The victim was unable to describe the suspects.
Commercial Burglary – On May 10th at 8:00AM, officers responded to La Azteca located at 2928 Dale Blvd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime during the overnight hours. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through the front glass door which was broken out. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.
Commercial Burglary – On May 10th at 7:52AM, officers responded to Fusion Salon and Day Spa located at 2886 Garber Way in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime during the overnight hours. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through the front glass door which was broken out. A cash register was initially reported missing but was located a short distance away from the business. No other property was reported missing.
Commercial Burglaries – On May 10th at 7:45AM, officers responded to the Woodbine Shopping Center located in the 13400 block of Dumfries Rd in Manassas (20112) to investigate two burglaries in the complex. The investigation revealed that Burger Boys and Suzie’s Hair were both burglarized sometime during the overnight hours. In both incidents, the front glass doors were broken out and an undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On May 8th at 9:29PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 9600 block of Laurencekirk Pl in Bristow (20136) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 12:00AM on May 1st and 9:00PM on May 8th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made into the home through an unsecured door. A DVD player and TV receiver were reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Malicious Wounding – On May 10th at 6:44PM, officers responded to the 14900 block of Carlsbad Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a fight. The investigation revealed that a physical altercation had broken out in the above area over a neighborhood dispute involving a minor vehicle accident which occurred earlier in the day. During the encounter, the victim, a 23 year old man of Woodbridge, was struck in the head with a pipe by the accused. The fight dispersed prior to officers arriving in the area. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening head injuries. While investigating, officers located the accused and detained him without further incident. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Roberto Santis SAUCEDO, 40, of 14977 Carlsbad Rd in Woodbridge
Charged with malicious wounding

Malicious Wounding – On May 8th at 10:37PM, officers responded to the 13500 block of Filly Ct in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a fight. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 53 year old man of Woodbridge, was involved in a verbal altercation with a neighbor and her son. During the encounter, the altercation escalated and the victim was struck in the head by the neighbor’s son, identified as Austin KRETSCH. At one point, the victim was on the ground with the accused on top of him. A witness to the incident intervened and was able to separate both parties. Shortly after separating the two men, the victim’s neighbor, identified as Pamela WALTERS, reportedly struck the victim in the face twice. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, both suspects were arrested.

Austin Lee KRETSCH, 21, of 10375 Leighton Pl in Manassas
Pamela Lee WALTERS, 48, of 13576 Filly Ct in Gainesville
Both suspects were charged with malicious wounding
Court date: July 6, 2015 | Bond: held WITHOUT bond
Attempted Malicious Wounding – On May 8th at 5:52PM, officers responded to the 7900 block of Minor Hill Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shooting. The victim, a 43 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation inside the home which escalated. During the encounter, both parties went outside where the alteration continued. At one point, the accused pulled out a handgun and, as the victim attempted to flee, fired towards his direction. Other parties at the home attempted to detain the accused until police arrived. The accused was eventually able to get in to a vehicle and leave the scene. The victim was not struck as a result of the shooting and no injuries were reported. Detectives were able to convince the accused to return to the home where he was detained without further incident. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Sheldon Brooke BELVINS, 24, of 1036 Lomond Dr in Manassas
Charged with attempted malicious wounding

Felony Child Endangerment – On May 7th at 6:47PM, officers responded to Cloverdale Park located at 15150 Cloverdale Rd in Woodbridge (22193) in reference to a found child. The caller reported to police that a 4 year old girl was located alone in the park. The caller reported seeing the child with her mother, later identified as the accused, about an hour prior to the child being located alone. After several attempts to locate the accused, the caller contacted police. Officers arrived and were able to determine that the child lived at a home on Mattapony Dr. Contact was made at the residence with the accused who appeared to be intoxicated and unaware of her child’s location. The child was not injured and was released to other family members. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
