**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On April 6th at 8:15PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 8200 block of Sunset Dr in Manassas (20110) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that an unknown juvenile was seen in an attached garage of the residence. The homeowner made contact with the juvenile who immediately fled when police were called. There were no signs of forced entry into the garage. Upon further inspection of the garage, an iPhone was reported missing.
Suspect Description:
White male, between 10 & 13 years of age, 5’5”, 135lbs with a heavy build and short red hair
No clothing description reported

**ARRESTS**

Assault with a Caustic Substance – On April 5th at 8:25PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3300 block of Mountain Laurel Lp in Dumfries (22026) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 30 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that the accused, a known acquaintance, approached her vehicle as it was parked in front of a residence in the above area. During encounter, the accused, Merley DORESTAL, retrieved pepper spray and sprayed the victim in the face. At that point, the daughter of the accused, identified as Nadage DORESTAL, assaulted the victim by striking her in the face. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. Officers also obtained a warrant for the arrest of Nadage DORESTAL in connection to the incident.
Arrested on April 5th:
Merley Jean DORESTAL, 42, of 3325 Mountain Laurel Lp in Dumfries
Charged with assault with a caustic substance
Court date: May 6, 2015 | Bond: held WITHOUT bond

Wanted:
Nadage Lee DORESTAL, 20, of 3325 Mountain Laurel Lp in Dumfries
Described as a black female, 5’5”, 160lbs with medium build, medium complexion, shoulder length black hair and brown eyes
Wanted for assault & battery

Assault & Battery on a Corrections Officer – On April 6th at 5:08AM, officers responded to the Adult Detention Center located at 9320 Lee Ave in Manassas (20110) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed that the accused became disorderly with a corrections officer inside the facility. During the encounter, the accused proceeded to strike the officer multiple times. At one point, the accused fell to the ground and started to kick the officer to the knees and abdomen. The accused was eventually detained without further incident. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was charged.
Arrested on April 6th:
Labeda Marie ROBY, 32, of 74 Besey Dr in Front Royal
Charged with assault & battery on a corrections officer
Court date: May 15, 2015 | Bond: held WITHOUT bond
