**ARRESTS**

Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor – On March 19th, detectives from the Special Victim’s Unit began an investigation into a sexual relationship involving a 17 year old female of Sterling and the accused, a known acquaintance. The encounters were reported to have occurred in the 15300 block of Inlet Pl in Dumfries (22025) between November of 2012 and February of 2013. Following the investigation, detectives arrested the accused on April 1st without incident.
Arrested on April 1st:
Reginald Eugene WANZER, 23, of 15387 Inlet Pl in Dumfries
Charged with 3 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor
Court date unavailable, released on a $5,000 unsecured bond
